Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• March 27 — Violation of city/county ordinance — 8400 block of Lismore St., Clemmons. Suspect soliciting in violation of city ordinance.

• March 27 — Overdose — 5900 block of King Charles Court, Clemmons. Subject had overdosed on possibly fentanyl.

• March 27 — Trespassing — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Management asked for subject to be removed from grocery store.

• March 27 — FCSO — police service, information provided — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Director stated missing body mist belonging to resident.

• March 27 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Person felt threatened by staff member.

• March 27 — Police service non-criminal call for service — 3200 block of Village Point Drive, Clemmons. Student brought ammunition rounds to school.

• March 27 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 3100 block of Cromwell Court, Clemmons. Someone tried to use reported person’s information to get a credit card.

• March 27 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 3400 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Subject assaulted victim.

• March 27 — Violated city/county ordinance, firearm related — 400 block of Sunpath Circle, Clemmons. Reports of hearing gunshots.

• March 27 — Police service, welfare check — 6400 block of La Grande Drive, Lewisville. Welfare check requested by family member.

• March 27 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 8900 block of Westbend School Court, Lewisville. Sick raccoon.

• March 28 – FCSO, police service, fraud — 6100 block of Chamberlain Place, Clemmons. Reported person attempted fraud.

• March 28 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6400 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons.

• March 28 — Police service, welfare check — 2800 block of Knob Hill Drive, Clemmons. Subject wanted help and to go to the hospital.

• March 28 — Overdose — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student unconscious after ingesting unknown substance.

 • March 28 — Dog bites and attacks — 2600 block of Neudorf Road, Clemmons. Cat bite.

• March 28 — Larceny, all other — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Victim’s vehicle jumper box was taken.

• March 28 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Subject threatened to shoot tires on vehicle.

• March 28 — FCSO, all other offense, animal related — 7600 block of Sedgewick Ridge Road, Lewisville. Aggressive animal.

• March 28 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6400 block of Ferry View Lane, Lewisville. Victim was assaulted and a threat was communicated to her.

• March 29 — Trespassing, 1800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Students banned from church property.

• March 29 — Auto-breaking and larceny, credit card/ATM fraud — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Money, credit cards and electronics stolen out of vehicle.

• March 29 — Disorderly conduct — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Students attempted to fight in cafeteria.

• March 30 — Drug violations — 3900 block of Bingham Circle, Clemmons. Reporting party’s son allegedly using narcotics.

• March 30 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6400 block of Holder Road, Clemmons. Subject assaulted another resident at a nursing facility.

• March 31 — FCSO, harassment (non-criminal) — 2800 block of David Street, Clemmons. Ex-girlfriend grandmother kept driving by residence.

• March 31 — Vandalism, driving while impaired — 8800 block of Merry Hill Court, Lewisville. Daughter drove impaired to mother’s house, then wrecked on private property.

• April 1 — Threatening suicide — 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons, Clemmons. Subject contemplated jumping off a bridge over I-40.

• April 1 — Suspicious vehicle — 2300 block of Oakton Drive, Clemmons. Same vehicle came down the street frequently and turned around at the end.

• April 1 — Trouble with neighbor — 6400 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Caller reported loud neighbor.

• April 1 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 200 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Subject assaulted the victim.

• April 1 —Driving while impaired, FCSO violation of auto law-operation violation — 1000 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Traffic stop led to DWI investigation.

• April 2 — Aggravated assault — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subjects got in a physical altercation then brandished weapons at each other.

• April 2 — Larceny, all other — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Woman had her wallet stolen out of her shopping cart.

• April 2 — Police service, assist agency — 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Assisted Clemmons Fire and Forsyth County EMS.

• April 2 — Employee injury — 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Employee was exposed to bloody spit.
