Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• April 8 — Vandalism — 5700 block of Misty Meadows Court, Clemmons. Two vehicles’ windows were broken.

• April 8 — Larceny-all other, obtaining money by false pretense — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.  Offender took property.

• April 8 — Vandalism — 3400 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown subject in vehicle threw blunt object at other vehicle.

• April 10 — Larceny from auto — 6000 block of Gun Club Road, Clemmons. Catalytic converter cut off motor vehicle.

• April 10 — Suspicious person — 4700 block of Cooper Road, Clemmons. Suspicious person/vehicle around officer’s residence.

• April 10 — Larceny, all other — 6200 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Wheels stolen.

• April 10 — Police service, welfare check — 1900 block of Pinehurst Drive, Lewisville. Welfare check on male subject by lake.

• April 11 — Suspicious person — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Unknown male subject attempted entry to Waffle House via back door.

• April 11 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 4200 block of Briar Creek Road, Clemmons. Person reported fraud.

• April 11 — Forcible rape — 6300 block of Jessie Lane, Clemmons. Female stated she was sexually assaulted in a hotel room.

• April 11 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Cash was stolen out of wallet from middle console of unlocked vehicle.

• April 11 — Police service, welfare check — 1800 block of Pinehurst Drive, Lewisville. Report of a code while at residence.

• April 11 — Involuntary commitment, non-criminal detainment — 100 block of Brightstar Lane, Lewisville. Subject threatened to kill herself by taking pills.

• April 12 — Larceny from auto — 5900 block of Gun Club Road, Clemmons. Catalytic converter cut off vehicle.

• April 13 — FCSO, police service, civil dispute — 4200 block of Gardenspring Drive, Clemmons. Ex-employee wanting money from days not worked.

• April 13 — FCSO, violation of auto law-operation, driving while license revoked/suspended — 100 block of westbound I-40/Harper Road, Clemmons. Driver with revoked license was arrested after driving 105 mph in a 65 mph zone.

• April 13 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 4000 block of Clinard Road, Clemmons. Subject purchased gift cards and sent card numbers to suspect.

• April 13 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Walmart manager informed FCSO of shopper’s borderline shoplifting tactics.

• April 13 — Threatening suicide — 1900 block of Westheimer Drive, Clemmons. Subject talking about being done with life.

• April 13 — Vandalism — 100 block of  westbound I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject(s) threw object from vehicle and struck victim’s vehicle, causing damage.

• April 13 — Breaking and entering with force — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject(s) used brick to force entry and steal cigarette cartons/packs.

• April 13 — Harassing phone calls — 6400 block of Ferry View Lane, Lewisville. Female received multiple calls from another female.

• April 13 — Driving while impaired, resisting arrest — 6700 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Suspect in altercation with subject and then drove his vehicle home while intoxicated.

• April 14 — Driving while impaired, no operators license, violation of auto law, FCSO – violation of auto law-operation violation —  6300 block of Brewer Avenue, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired.

• April 14 — Shoplifting — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Larceny of drug store items.

• April 14 — Overdose — 1800 block of Curraghmore Road, Clemmons. Juvenile stated she took a handful of pills.

• April 14 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 3800 block of Old Rosebud Court, Clemmons. Subject wanted to report that she did not commit a crime and someone stole her stuff.

• April 14 — Drug violations, paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment, FCSO – violation of auto law-operation violation — 4400 block of Hampton Road, Clemmons. Illicit narcotics located during traffic stop.

• April 14 — Drug violations, FCSO – violation of auto law-operation violation — 2000 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Morgan Place, Clemmons. Deputy discovered cocaine pursuant to a traffic stop.

• April 14 — Vandalism northbound U.S. Hwy. 421/Williams Road., Lewisville. Unknown suspect threw an item at victim’s vehicle, damaging it.

• April 15 — Driving while impaired, FCSO – violation of auto law-operation violation — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired.

• April 15 — Larceny from building — 3800 block of Old Rosebud Court, Clemmons. Suspects allegedly took items from home.

• April 15 — Trespassing — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Male subject trespassed at Village Inn.

• April 15 — Driving while impaired, FCSO – violation of auto law-operation violation — 100 block of southbound U.S. Hwy. 421/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville.

• April 15 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 100 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Male was observed with a gun while in his vehicle.

• April 16 — Driving while impaired, FCSO – violation of auto law-operation violation — 1800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was driving after consuming alcohol under 21 years old.

• April 16 — Violation of city/county ordinance — 1700 block of Adare Drive/Lismore Street, Clemmons. Subject selling magazines and taking donations for charity.

• April 16 — FCSO – police service, civil dispute — 900 block of Cotinus Circle, Lewisville. Property line and fence dispute.

• April 16 — Shoplifting — 400 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Unknown suspect stole gas can from gas station.

• April 16 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 1000 block of Chockecherry Lane, Lewisville. Two friends got into argument about house, assaulted each other.
