Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• May 8 — FCSO, all other offense-animal related — 6600 block of Idols Road, Clemmons. Welfare check.

• May 8 — Death investigation — 3900 block of Springlake Court, Clemmons. Subject inhaled nitrogen to commit suicide.

• May 8 — Larceny, all other — 3800 block of Littlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Suspect took bicycle from carport.

• May 8 — Dog bites and attacks — 1300 block of Lasley Road, Lewisville. Dog bite.

• May 8 — Overdose — 1800 block of Pinehurst Drive, Lewisville. Overdose on an unknown blue bar.

• May 9 — Larceny, all other — 7300 block of Thoroughbred Lane, Clemmons. Subjects used cutting device and stole two lawn mowers.

• May 9 — Weapons, other — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Felon in possession of firearm when arrested for outstanding warrants.

• May 9 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 6300 block of Arden Circle, Clemmons. Unknown caller made lewd statements.

• May 9 — Suspicious person — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Person acting weird in Tanglewood Campground.

• May 9 — Police service, welfare check — 1200 block of Bebb Willow Lane, Lewisville. Female upset about her living conditions.

• May 9 — Aggravated assault, vandalism — 100 block of Styers Ferry Road/southbound U.S. 421, Lewisville. Offender assaulted victim with vehicle.

• May 9 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1100 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Students alleged they heard a threat.

• May 9 — Threatening suicide — 1100 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Student harming self.

• May 11 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1600 block of Chardale Drive, Clemmons. Teacher believed possible child abuse took place.

• May 11 — Police service, welfare check — 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Wife told by husband he was coming to kill her.

• May 11 — Police service, welfare check — 3900 block of Hampton Road, Clemmons. Anonymous tip for subject that had self-harmed before.

• May 11 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 100 block of Honeyridge Court, Lewisville. Two males get into altercation.

• May 12 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 3600 block of Tanglebrook Trail, Clemmons. Handgun missing from console of truck.

• May 12 — Trespassing — 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Offender remained on premises after checkout time.

• May 12 — Trouble with juvenile — 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Kids from another development walking around the complex.

• May 12 — Dog bites and attacks — 100 block of Shallowford Reserve Drive, Clemmons. Dog bite.

• May 13 — FCSO, locate wanted person — 6300 block of Jessie Lane, Clemmons. Out of state fraud, turned into located wanted person.

• May 13 — Credit card/ATM fraud — 6300 block of Jessie Lane, Clemmons. Unknown suspects used stolen credit card at hotel.

• May 13 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6300 block of Jessie Lane, Clemmons. Subjects trespassed from the Holiday Inn.

• May 13 — Police service, assist agency — 4300 block of Woodbourne Drive, Clemmons. County fire investigating a suspicious brush fire.

• May 13 — Larceny, all other — 6300 block of Allegacy Way, Clemmons. Female left her purse in the IHOP and had money taken out of it.

• May 14 — Automobile theft — 3400 block of Hidden Forest Drive, Clemmons. Vehicle stolen from parking lot at apartments.

• May 14 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Male was assaulting a female inside of vehicle.

• May 14 — Aggravated assault — 100 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road/Yadkinville Road, Lewisville. Suspect rammed victim’s vehicle.

• May 14 — Shoplifting — 400 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Subject grabbed beer and ran out of the store without paying.

• May 14 — Arson — 7900 block of Grapevine Road, Lewisville. Subjects committed arson in a church bathroom.

• May 14 — FCSO, violation of auto law-operation violation — 100 block of northbound U.S. 421/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Vehicle wrecked after going over 100 mph.
