Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• May 29 — Larceny from auto — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect stole hubcap.

• May 29 — Lost property — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Owner reported lost wallet.

• May 30 — Trouble with juvenile — 1800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. High school kids skipping class.

• May 30 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 100 block of Northtrail Road/Tanglewood Park Road, Clemmons.  Injured raccoon.

• May 30 — FCSO police service, civil dispute — 100 block of Western Villa Drive, Clemmons.

• May 30 — FCSO, all other offense – animal related — 8900 block of Centergrove Place Drive, Clemmons. Stray turkeys.

• May 30 — Larceny from auto — 1600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject advised catalytic converter was cut from vehicle while he was working.

• May 30 — Violation city/county ordinance-animal related — 3400 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Two dogs were found inside dog park at apartment complex.

• May 31 — Communicating threats, intimidation physical — 6200 block of Towncenter Drive, Clemmons. Subject threatened her Realtor.

• May 31 — Shoplifiting — 3400 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect(s) took items from store without paying.

• June 1 — Shoplifting — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject stole three cases of beer.

• June 1 — Suspicious person — 3400 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Juveniles sneaking around the apartment complex.

• June 1 — FCSO police service, information provided — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student made concerning comments at bus stop.

• June 1 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Resident complained of rough treatment.

• June 1 — Rabies exposure — 6200 block of Hampton Hills Court, Clemmons. Rabies exposure, dog killed fox.

• June 1 — Vandalism — 1800 block of Ammons Drive, Clemmons. Bullet hole found in pool.

• June 1 — Vandalism — 7100 block of Orchard Path Drive, Clemmons. Damage found on truck’s side view mirror.

• June 1 — FCSO, fleet vehicle accident — 8400 block of Concord Church Road/Dull Road, Lewisville. Fleet accident.

• June 1 — Vandalism — 7600 block of Yadkinville Road, Lewisville. Dirt bikes damaged landscaping.

• June 1 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 700 block of Big Tree Drive, Lewisville. Person’s truck hit with neighbor’s BB gun pellets.

• June 1 — Breaking and entering without force, automobile theft — 1100 block of Loblolly Court, Lewisville. Vehicle stolen overnight.

• June 2 — Trouble with neighbor — 6800 block of Rabbit Hollow Court, Clemmons. Subject stated neighbor (her cousin) drove her husband’s golf cart.

• June 2 — Overdose — 200 block of Lakeway Drive, Lewisville. Subject overdosed on unknown substance.

• June 3 — Death investigation — 400 block of Sunpath Circle, Clemmons. Death investigation of 21-year-old male.

• June 3 — FCSO, other sex offense-sex offender violation — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Sex offender reported at public pool.

• June 3 — Lost property — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Lost property.

• June 3 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject stated she was assaulted over a bench in the park.

• June 3 — Illegal dumping — 6300 block of Clemetine Drive, Clemmons. Subject stated unknown individual used his company’s dumpster.

• June 3 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 6600 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Unlocked vehicles were broken into.

• June 3 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1100 block of Norwood Lane, Lewisville. Sick raccoon.

• June 3 — Robbery — 400 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Male attempted to rob Circle K.

• June 3 — Police service, open door — 100 block of Shallowford Village Court, Lewisville. Open door.

• June 3 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 7500 block of Divaldi Street, Lewisville. Juvenile wandered from home unattended by adult.

• June 3 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 600 block of Cedarbrook Circle, Lewisville. Person’s rental property was locked.

• June 4 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Four male subjects pulling on door handles  to steal vehicle.

• June 4 — All other fraud — 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Prescription fraud.

• June 4 — Auto-breaking and larceny, obtaining money by false pretense — 200 block of Northtrail Road, Clemmons. Subject’s vehicle was broken into while in park.

• June 4 — Shoplifiting — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject took beer without paying.

• June 4 — Involuntary commitment non-criminal detainment — 6700 block of Idols Road, Clemmons. Juvenile suicidal over video games.

• June 4 — Resisting arrest — 7500 block of Montrachet Drive, Lewisville. Subject refused to provide information during larceny investigation.

• June 4 — Vandalism — 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Customer pushed over store items.
