Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• June 19 — Police service, assist agency — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject fell and struck his head inside business.

• June 19 — Vandalism — 3400 block of Bramlet Court, Clemmons. Employee broke a door during argument with manager.

• June 20 — Driving while impaired — 1800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Operator drove vehicle while impaired.

• June 20 — Shoplifting — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Subject stole items from business.

• June 20 — Violation city/county ordinance, animal related — 5300 block of Leesa Drive, Clemmons. Two stray goats.

• June 20 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical, vandalism — 6400 block of Holder Road, Clemmons. Former employees threatened current employees.

• June 20 — Shoplifting — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspects stole cases of beer.

• June 20 — Larceny from building — 3900 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. Subject entered restaurant and took money jar off counter.

• June 20 — Disorderly conduct — 7100 block of Mitch Place Court, Clemmons. Intoxicated female caused multiple disturbances by yelling and cursing in public.

• June 20 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subject was trespassing from the store.

• June 20 — Lost/stolen license plate — 6800 block of Eden Rock Court, Clemmons. Tag missing from vehicle.

• June 20 — Police service, welfare check — 6800 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Female lost during travel.

• June 21 — Trouble with juvenile — 6800 block of August Drive, Clemmons. Juvenile reported someone attempted to abduct her, but stated it was false later.

• June 21 — Overdose — 6500 block of Gentry Cirle, Clemmons. Overdose on unknown substance.

• June 21 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3700 block of North Lakeshore Drive, Clemmons. Sick raccoon on roadside.

• June 21 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6200 block of Highland Brook Drive, Clemmons. Miscommunication with electrician.

• June 21 — Dog bites and attacks — 8000 block of Glengarriff Road, Clemmons. Animal bite

• June 22 — Violation city/county ordinance, traffic related — 6200 block of Bingham Avenue, Clemmons. Illegal parking.

• June 22 — Larceny, all other — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Package taken from doorstep.

• June 22 — Vandalism — 6100 block of Hanes Way, Clemmons. Scratch marks found in the driveway.

• June 22 — Stalking — 100 block of Huron Court, Clemmons. Harassment of neighbor.

• June 23 — FCSO police service, information provided — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Drink was thrown onto reporting person’s vehicle.

• June 23 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6500 block of La Grande Place Drive, Lewisville. Neighbors got into a physical altercation outside.

• June 23 — CCW-possession/concealing weapons, driving while impaired — 400 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Offender drove while impaired.

• June 24 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6700 block of Forest Oak Drive, Clemmons. Subject thought her brother stole her mail.

• June 24 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 3700 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. Subject was assaulted by another resident.

• June 24 — Trouble with neighbor — 3400 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Ongoing issue with neighbor.

• June 25 — Lost property — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject lost her phone.
