Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• July 3 — Police service, open door — 4600 block of Kinnamon Road, Clemmons. Unsecured door at garage.

• July 3 — Aggravated assault — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/River Center, Clemmons. Subject pointed a gun and made threat.

• July 3 — Drug violations — 5900 block of Stone Bluff Drive, Clemmons. Marijuana found near roadway.

• July 3 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 7500 block of Riverside Court, Clemmons. Person reported unwanted text messages from female.

• July 3 — Breaking and entering with force — 5000 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Store broken into with safe stolen.

• July 3 — Suspicious person — 9800 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Unknown person standing at gate of house.

• July 4 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1600 block of Havenbrook Court, Clemmons. Sick raccoon.

• July 4 — Shoplifting — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject walked out without paying for items.

• July 4 — Police service, assist agency — 7500 block of Grapevine Road, Lewisville. Located a concealed gun while assisting SHP.

• July 4 — Runaway — 100 block of Ivywood Court, Lewisville. Minor left home without permission.

• July 4 — Police service, welfare check — 1300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Male possibly suffering from PTSD.

• July 5 — Breaking and entering with force, vandalism — 4600 block of Kinnamon Road, Clemmons. Housebreaking and larceny of firearm.

• July 5 — FCSO, police service, civil dispute — 100 block of Brightstar Lane, Lewisville. Subject loaned female $20, but has not paid back.

• July 6 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 400 block of Crosswick Road, Clemmons. Offender stole leaf blowers out of truck bed.

• July 6 — Trouble with juvenile — 5400 block of Carrington Oaks Drive, Lewisville. A boy was found in caller’s daughter’s room who stated he was abused.

• July 7 — Vandalism — 6400 block of Sessions Court, Clemmons. Tires were slashed after arriving to workplace.

• July 7 — FCSO, all other offense, animal related — 5700 block of Gayray Street, Clemmons. Animal welfare check.

• July 7 — Simple assault, non-criminal assault — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Customer threw coffee at employee then employee threw water bottle at customer.

• July 8 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 4500 block of Bridgewater Drive, Clemmons. Sick raccoon.

• July 8 — FCSO, all other offense — contributing to juvenile — 6800 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Allegation of showing a minor photography.

• July 9 — Driving while impaired — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired.
