Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• July 11 — FCSO locate wanted person — 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Located wanted person.

• July 11 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 8400 block of Center Grove Church Road, Clemmons. Female reported verbal agreement not upheld by other party taking property back.

• July 11 — Larceny, all other — 700 block of Tanglewood Park Road, Clemmons. Subject stated cellphone was stolen from public pool.

• July 12 — Police service, welfare check — 6300 block of Arden Circle, Clemmons. Subject sent a photo of handgun to husband.

• July 12 — Shoplifting — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Suspect shoplifted from store.

• July 12 — Impersonation — 8500 block of Waterford Village Court, Clemmons. Subject impersonated FCSO deputy.

• July 12 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject placed books outside on a table.

• July 12 – Suspicious person — 1400 block of Conrad-Sawmill Road, Lewisville. Homeowner reported old acquaintance was trespassing on her property.

• July 13 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 100 block of Western Villa Drive, Clemmons. Vehicle rummaged through.

• July 13 — Breaking and entering with force, resisting arrest — 7000 block of Mason Place Court, Clemmons. Subject attempted to break into an occupied apartment.

• July 13 — Dog bites and attacks — 6100 block of Farrior Drive, Clemmons. Animal bite.

• July 13 — FCSO police service, damage to county property — 800 block of Dorchester Street, Clemmons. Issued unmarked county vehicle caught  fire while parked at deputy’s residence.

• July 13 — FCSO police service, information provided — 340 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Subject reported his car being stolen.

• July 13 — Tampering with vehicle — 200 block of Lakeway Drive, Lewisville. Victim believed that vehicle was tampered with.

• July 14 — Dog bites and attacks — 1600 block of Springfield Way Drive, Clemmons. Animal bite.

• July 14 — FCSO police service, fraud — 100 block of Bradford Place Lane, Lewisville. Subject gave money to wrong person.

• July 14 — FCSO police service, fraud — 200 block of Lakeway Drive, Lewisville. Subject reported his bank account was hacked.

• July 14 — Runaway — 1000 block of Cresthaven Road, Lewisville. Juvenile located on roof of residence.

• July 15 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 3000 block of Megan Court, Clemmons. Victim’s vehicle broken into.

• July 15 — Discharging firearm — 5300 block of Quartz Avenue, Clemmons. Subject stated he found shotgun shells while walking a trail behind his residence.

• July 15 — All other offense, filing false report — 6300 block of Jessie Lane, Clemmons. Person alleged rape in bar bathroom.

• July 15 — Vandalism — 6400 block of Ferry View Lane, Lewisville. Eggs thrown at apartment door by unknown person.

• July 16 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 2800 block of Middlebrook Drive/Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Juvenile arrested for OFA.

• July 16 — Larceny-all other, vandalism — 9000 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Mailbox and contents vandalized.

• July 16 — Breaking and entering with force, vandalism — 5000 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Two males broke into a business.
