Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• July 24 — FCSO police service information provided — 1600 block of Conrad Road, Lewisville. Subject contacted person saying he missed federal grand jury duty.

• July 24 — Larceny, all other — 1100 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Unknown individual(s) took leaf blowers.

• July 24 — Breaking and entering without force — 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Individual entered food truck and took money.

• July 25 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Unknown person(s) removed item from pickup bed.

• July 25 — Breaking and entering with force, vandalism — 3800 block of Dillion Industrial Drive, Clemmons. Meter box removed prior to outbuilding being broken into.

• July 25 — FCSO all other offense, animal related — 300 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Owner surrender.

• July 25 — Larceny, all other — 100 block of Summerglen Drive, Lewisville. Leaf blower taken.

• July 25 — FCSO police service, information provided — 100 block of Lowes Foods Drive, Lewisville. Subject left without paying restaurant bill.

• July 26 — Larceny, all other — 100 block of Bickerstaff Road, Clemmons. A package was stolen off subject’s porch.

• July 26 — Dog bites and attacks — 2600 block of Neudorf Road, Clemmons. Cat bite.

• July 26 — Driving while impaired FCSO, violation of auto law, equipment violation — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.  Subject was driving while impaired.

• July 26 — Driving while impaired — 100 block of  northbound U.S. Hwy. 421/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Subject was driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of an impairing substance.

• July 27 — FCSO all other offense, animal related — 4900 block of Cooper Road, Clemmons. Stray dog.

• July 27 — Police service, welfare check — 3600 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. Provided subject with escort to the hospital.

• July 27 — Larceny from auto — 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Subject took purse and its contents.

• July 27 — Shoplifting — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Suspect took a shopping cart of beer and detergent.

• July 27 — FCSO police service, fraud — 700 block of Big Tree Drive, Lewisville. Fraudulent charges on bank account.

• July 27 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 200 block of North Street, Lewisville. Ex-tenant made allegations against ex-landlord.

• July 29 — Driving while impaired — 2200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject driving while intoxicated.

• July 29 — Illegal dumping — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Illegal dumping of tires.

• July 30 — Breaking and entering without force — 2000 block of Chandler Place Court, Clemmons. Resident found window open.

• July 29 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 6800 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Female refused to get out of vehicle after getting a ride.

• July 30 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical, publishing obscene material — 2000 block of Megan Court, Clemmons. Naked photographs of victim published online.

• July 30 — Shoplifting — 6800 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Individual took five cases of beer from store.
