LEWISVILLE — On Aug. 4, the Mary Alice Warren Community Center in Lewisville was the place to be.

Salem Swing Band delighted guests of all ages and levels during the free community event. The music provided by Salem Swing Band and led by Dr. Eileen Young, featured all of the favorites such as Ella Fitzgerald, Benny Goodman, Duke Ellington, Glenn Miller, Count Basie and Tommy Dorsey.

The event also featured jazz vocalist Mignon Dobbins.

The Salem Swing Band is an affiliate ensemble of the Salem Band organization.
