CLEMMONS — The Lewisville Civic Club held its 16 annual charity golf classic on Aug. 18 at the Salem Glen Country Club in Clemmons.

Scott Lipke, Dave Spanbauer, Bryan Wheelock and Barry Zemmerman took home first prize in the first flight competition.

Proceeds from the fundraiser help to support the club’s scholarships, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Forsyth County schools and other local charities.

Lewisville Civic Club officials issued a thanks to the many players and sponsors that helped to make this event successful.
