Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Aug. 28 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Patient left for a clinic, when they returned new bruises found on patient.

• Aug. 28 — Police service, non-criminal for service — 5600 block of Frye Bridge Road, Clemmons. Sick skunk in person’s yard.

• Aug. 28 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject approached by male at bus lot and offered snacks.

• Aug. 28 — Trespassing — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject refused to leave premises.

• Aug. 29 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3800 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Briefcase containing coins missing.

• Aug. 29 — Larceny from building — 6300 block of Clemmons Point Drive, Clemmons. Suspect took victim’s property from locker room.

• Aug. 29 — FCSO police service, fraud — 6800 block of Idols Road, Clemmons. Subject reported fraudulent activity on subject’s account.

• Aug. 29 — Police service, welfare check — 2200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Welfare check on a person.

• Aug. 29 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault, voluntary commitment non-criminal detainment — 5200 block of Hidden Stream Drive, Lewisville.  Subject kicked law enforcement.

• Aug. 30 — Paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment, violation of auto-law, all other — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.  Subject possessed a marijuana grinder.

• Aug. 30 — FCSO police service, information provided — 1600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject requested information about someone that lives nearby.

• Aug. 30 —Shoplifting — 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Subject walked out with cart full of items.

• Aug. 30 — Larceny, all other — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Males stole two bicycles.

• Aug. 30 — All other fraud — 1000 block of Thunderwood Farm Lane, Lewisville. Victim paid unknown subjects $18,000 in Lowes and Home Depot gift cards.

• Aug. 30 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 7000 block of Damon Drive, Lewisville. Male assaulted victim.

• Aug. 30 — FCSO police service, fraud — 7800 block of Fair Bluff Drive, Lewisville. Check cashed outside of jurisdiction.

• Aug. 31 — Credit card/ATM fraud — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Financial card fraud.

• Aug. 31 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject made threats to victim.

• Aug. 31 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student overheard male student mention being next school shooter.

• Aug. 31 — Shoplifting — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject stole beer.

• Aug. 31 — Police service, assist agency, FCSO K-9 activity — 100 block of southbound U.S. Hwy. 421/Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Forsyth County deputies assist in Yadkin County vehicle pursuit.
