Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Sept. 1 — FCSO police service, fraud — 1000 block of Glen Day Drive, Clemmons. Subject called claiming they were from U.S. Customs.

• Sept. 1 — Overdose — 6400 block of Sessions Court, Clemmons. Subject overdosed on fentanyl.

• Sept. 1 — Larceny, all other — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Female stole two flat irons.

• Sept. 1 — Vandalism — 1700 block of Harper Spring Drive, Clemmons. Vehicle vandalized.

• Sept. 1 — Wire/computer/other electronic manipulation — 200 block of Bradford Lake Court, Lewisville. Telephone scam requesting gift cards.

• Sept. 2 — Police service, open door — 4000 block of Hampton Road, Clemmons. Located open door.

• Sept. 3 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Hotel manager wanted customer to vacate the building.

• Sept. 3 — Drug violations, paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment, FCSO violation of auto-law operation violation — 6800 block of Hanesbrook Circle/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Marijuana and paraphernalia located during traffic stop.

• Sept. 3 — CCW-possession/concealing weapons, FCSO violation of auto-law violation — 2100 block of Weststone Road/Wellsley Court, Clemmons.  Suspicious vehicle led to search.

• Sept. 3 — FCSO police service, information provided — 1600 block of Harper Spring Drive, Clemmons. Unknown male made provocative comments to female.

• Sept. 4 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault, trouble with neighbor — 6600 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Neighbors got into a disturbance and assaulted each other.

• Sept. 4 — Trouble with neighbor — 6900 block of Morgan Place Drive, Clemmons. Verbal argument between neighbors over noise.

• Sept. 4 —Abandoned vehicle — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Abandoned vehicle in church parking lot.

• Sept. 4 — CCW possession/concealing weapons — 100 block of westbound westbound I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender concealed a folded switchblade knife approximately 8-10 inches in length folded.

• Sept. 4 — Police service, attempted suicide — 6900 block of Dexter Drive, Lewisville. Juvenile attempted suicide by overdose.

• Sept. 5 — Larceny — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Wallet missing from found lunchbox.

• Sept. 5 — Dog bites and attacks — 4400 block of Hunters Run Drive, Clemmons. Dog bite.

• Sept. 5 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect seen attempting to open car doors.

• Sept. 5 — Runaway — 700 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Juvenile ran away from home.

• Sept. 5 — FCSO police service, fraud — 1100 block of Sequoia Drive, Lewisville. Caller pretended to be Microsoft office.

• Sept. 6 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unruly patient causing a disturbance.

• Sept. 6 — Auto-breaking and larceny, tampering with vehicle — 6400 block of Sessions Court, Clemmons. Unknown suspect(s) broke into vehicles.

• Sept. 6 — Drug violations, paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment, driving while license revoked/suspended — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Stoney Drive, Clemmons. Traffic stop yields drug violations.

• Sept. 6 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6700 block of Forest Oak Drive, Clemmons. Unwanted text messages received by a family member.

• Sept. 6 — Aggravated assault — 900 block of Loblolly Drive, Lewisville Drive, Lewisville. Argument lead to shooting.

• Sept. 6 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 800 block of Grinnell Street, Lewisville. Ex-girlfriend walking in neighborhood.

• Sept. 6 — Receive stolen auto form another jurisdiction — 4900 block of Styers Ferry Road/Ferry View Lane, Lewisville. Located a stolen vehicle.

• Sept. 7 — Larceny, all other, obtaining money by false pretense — 6200 block of Hackers Bend Court, Clemmons. Ex-employee stole credit card and purchased gasoline.

• Sept. 7 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Subject trespassed from business.

• Sept. 7 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 5300 block of Moss Creek Lane, Clemmons. Reporting party claimed NCDOT damaged vehicle.

• Sept. 8 — FCSO all other offense, animal related — 700 block of Leatherwood Court, Lewisville. Stray dog.

• Sept. 8 — Breaking and entering with force, vandalism — 5700 block of Kinney Road, Lewisville. Unknown suspect forced front door and entered unoccupied resident.

• Sept. 9 — Larceny, all other — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Victim lost wallet at Walmart.

• Sept. 9 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 7200 block of Orchard Path Drive, Clemmons. Victim had items stolen from unlocked vehicle.

• Sept. 9 — Drug violations, resisting arrest, FCSO violation of auto-law operation violation — 100 block of southbound U.S. 421/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender refused lawful commands and possessed marijuana.

• Sept. 9 — Police service, welfare check — 700 block of Big Tree Drive, Lewisville. Mentally ill individual attempted to leave home.

• Sept. 10 — Police service, attempt suicide — 3600 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Female attempted suicide via overdose.

• Sept. 10 — Larceny from person pocket-picking, credit card/ATM fraud — 6400 block of Sessions Court, Clemmons. Larceny from purse and used stolen credit/debit cards.

• Sept. 10 — Missing person — 700 block of Big Tree Drive, Lewisville. Mental subject left residents in parent’s vehicle.
