Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Oct. 16 — Police service non-criminal call for service — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student allegedly displayed video with gun to head.

• Oct. 16 — Lost property — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject’s phone missing during class.

• Oct. 16 — Trouble with juvenile — 6900 block of Morgan Place Drive, Clemmons. Juvenile ran out of house.

• Oct. 16 — Trouble with neighbor — 400 block of Doub Road, Lewisville. Neighbor issues.

• Oct. 16 — Breaking and entering without force — 8300 block of Tuscany Drive, Lewisville. Individual entered unlocked residence.

• Oct. 17 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Registered sex offender checked out nephew at school.

• Oct. 17 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 6200 block of Towncenter Drive, Clemmons. Subject making veiled threats.

• Oct. 17 — Dog bites and attacks — 1300 block of Fawndale Drive, Lewisville. Dog bite.

• Oct. 18 — FCSO police service, information provided — 400 block of Craver Pointe Drive, Clemmons. Female reported her son receiving disturbing text messages.

• Oct. 18 — Counterfeiting possess/concealing, all other fraud — 6800 block of River Center Drive, Clemmons. Subject used debit card to fraudulently purchase food.

• Oct. 18 — Vandalism — 1600 block of Ashmead Lane, Clemmons. Wires were cut in a residence under construction.

• Oct. 18 — Threatening suicide — 6300 block of Arden Circle, Clemmons. Female threatened suicide.

• Oct. 18 — Counterfeiting, using — 100 block of Lowes Foods Drive, Lewisville. Unknown subject passed fraudulent bill.

• Oct. 19 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6100 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Subject making threatening communication.

• Oct. 19 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Subject took drugs with alcohol.

• Oct. 19 — Police service, assist agency – 2100 block of Rossmore Road, Clemmons. Assisted county fire with investigation.

• Oct. 19 — Larceny, all other — 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Phone left at YMCA.

• Oct. 19 — Drug violations, violation of auto law-all other — 1500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Holder Road, Clemmons. Traffic stop yielded drug violations.

• Oct. 19 — Police service, welfare check — 200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Mother could not contact her son and thought he was missing.

• Oct. 19 — Overdose — 900 block of Thunderwood Court, Lewisville. Victims overdosed on prescription pills.

• Oct. 20 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Clemmons Road. Gaza topic allegedly being spoke about at school.

• Oct. 20 — Drug violations, paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment, CCW-possession/concealing weapons — 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/eastbound I-40, Clemmons. Female possessed felony amount of marijuana.

• Oct. 20 — FCSO police service, information provided — 3700 block of Brookdale Drive, Clemmons. False IRS claim.

• Oct. 20 — Suspicious person — 2700 block of Chestnut Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Unknown subject knocking on doors.

• Oct. 20 — Death investigation — 6500 block of La Grande Place Drive, Lewisville. Male found deceased in his residence.

• Oct. 20 — Overdose — 9000 block of River Path Road, Lewisville. Subject overdosed on several hallucinogenic narcotics.

• Oct. 21 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1300 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Subject had packaged dropped at wrong address.

• Oct. 21 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Subject gained entry into victim’s vehicle by breaking windows.

• Oct. 21 — Shoplifting — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Customer concealed perfume and left.

• Oct. 21 — FCSO police service, security check — 100 block of Tullyries Lane, Lewisville. Individual observed scratches on new windows.

• Oct. 21 — Threatening suicide — 500 block of Cedarbrook Court, Lewisville. Subject threatened to harm herself.
