Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Oct. 23 — Overdose — 4100 block of Arden St., Clemmons. Male took non-prescribed medications.

• Oct. 23 — Automobile theft — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Car left unlocked and entered/driven by unknown individual(s).

• Oct. 23 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6600 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Unknown suspect assaulted victim.

• Oct. 24 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject took a ride from a stranger.

• Oct. 24 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6300 block of Allegacy Way, Clemmons. Bar patron was assaulted by intoxicated woman.

• Oct. 24 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subjects involved in disturbance.

• Oct. 24 — FCSO police service, escort — 6200 block of Towncenter Drive, Clemmons. Provided escort home for impaired subject.

• Oct. 24 — Threatening suicide — 200 block of Nanzetta Way, Lewisville. Uncooperative subject threatening suicide.

• Oct. 24 — FCSO police service, civil dispute — 5000 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Argument over clothing repairs.

• Oct. 25 — FCSO locate missing person — 1800 block of Curraghmore Road, Clemmons. Runaway daughter returned home.

• Oct. 25 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Subject causing a disturbance in the lobby.

• Oct. 25 – Larceny-all other — 100 block of Bradford Place Lane, Lewisville. Package stolen from mailbox.

• Oct. 25 — Aggravated assault, FCSO K-9 activity — 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Offender threatened victim with a firearm.

• Oct. 26 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6900 block of Crandall Circle, Clemmons. Person reported dead geese.

• Oct. 26 — Police service, assist agency — 4600 block of Johnson Creek Court, Clemmons. Mississippi law enforcement officer called in welfare check reference to overheard plea for help.

• Oct. 26 — Dog bites and attacks — 100 block of Shallowford Reserve Drive, Lewisville. Cat bite.

• Oct. 27 — Breaking and entering without force — 5000 block of Thoroughbred Lane, Clemmons. Unknown subject entered through unsecured window.

• Oct. 27 — FCSO police service, information provided — 1600 block of Southwest School Road, Clemmons. Student ran away from teachers while at school.

• Oct. 27 — Overdose — 2100 block of Rossmore Road, Clemmons. Juvenile overdosed on prescription medications.

• Oct. 27 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Patron slapped bouncer.

• Oct. 28 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 7500 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Subject moving and surrendered firearm.

• Oct. 28 — Shoplifting — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Juveniles concealing merchandise in store.

• Oct. 28 — Indecent exposure — 5900 block of Kind Charles Court, Clemmons. Subject aggressively masturbated in front of others.

• Oct. 28 — FCSO locate wanted person — 6400 block of Ferry View Lane, Lewisville. Located a wanted person.

• Oct. 28 — Counterfeiting-using, obtaining money by false pretense — 100 block of Lowes Food Drive, Lewisville. Male suspect used counterfeit money at grocery store.

• Oct. 29 — Shoplifting — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. One subject stole items, another tried to steal items.

• Oct. 29 — Suspicious person — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspicious male allegedly tapped on car windows and pulled on door handles in parking log.

• Oct. 29 — Dog bites and attacks — 1600 block of Lakefield Drive, Clemmons. Dog bite.

• Oct. 29 — FCSO violation of auto-law equipment violation — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road westbound, Clemmons. Juveniles were driving without license.

• Oct. 29 — Driving while impaired, FCSO domestic disturbance — 6000 block of Claudias Lane, Clemmons. Suspect operated vehicle while under the influence of an impairing substance.
