• Oct. 30 — FCSO police service, information provided — 3500 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Elderly female with cognitive issue.
• Oct. 30 — FCSO domestic disturbance — 3500 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Verbal argument between boyfriend and girlfriend.
• Oct. 30 — Larceny, all other — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Money taken from safe.
• Oct. 30 — Rabies exposure — 6200 block of Bingham Avenue, Clemmons. Sick raccoon on school property.
• Oct. 30 — Police service, welfare check — 1800 block of Ellison Creek Road, Lewisville. Email of suicidal thoughts received by Daymark.
• Oct. 31 — Burglary, non forced — 3800 block of Tangle Oak Drive, Clemmons. Gun missing from basement.
• Oct. 31 — FCSO police service, civil dispute — 5900 block of James Street, Clemmons. Dispute over office spaces and lease agreement.
• Oct. 31 — FCSO police service, fraud — 7500 block of Fair Oaks Drive, Clemmons. Online order never arrived.
• Oct. 31 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 100 block of Willow Trace Circle, Clemmons. Verbal altercation.
• Nov. 1 — Breaking and entering with force — 1500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Store break-in and larceny.
• Nov. 1 —Larceny, all other — 6600 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Tires stolen from sidewalk.
• Nov. 1 — Larceny from building — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Cashier stole customer’s wallet.
• Nov. 2 — FCSO police service, fraud — 100 block of Montauk Circle, Clemmons. Unknown person using another person’s identification.
• Nov. 2 — Suspicious person — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Shoplifter returned to store.
• Nov. 2 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Customer threatened employee.
• Nov. 2 — FCSO police service, information provided — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Male walked grocery cart to the front door.
• Nov. 2 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Items were stolen out of unlocked vehicle.

• Nov. 3 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender hit victim with door.
• Nov. 3 — Breaking and entering with force, resisting arrest — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender fled after breaking into business via shattered glass door.
• Nov. 4 — Shoplifting — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Juvenile suspects concealed merchandise to steal.
• Nov. 4 — Shoplifting — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Juvenile suspects took items from store.
• Nov. 4 — Received stolen auto from another jurisdiction — 2100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Recovered a vehicle reported to be stolen.
• Nov. 4 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 900 block of Forest Glen Drive, Clemmons. Subject engaging in an affray when intoxicated.
• Nov. 5 — Police service, welfare check — 7000 block of Mason Place Court, Clemmons. Reporting party possibly suffering from mental health issues.
• Nov. 5 — Robbery — 600 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Males robbed females at gunpoint and stole vehicle.

• Nov. 5 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 6900 block of Morgan Place Drive, Clemmons. Juveniles arguing in playground of apartments.
• Nov. 5 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Unknown suspect cursing at people.
• Nov. 5 — Trespassing — 200 block of Plemmons Road, Lewisville. Male was sitting on female’s porch on her property without permission.
