Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.
• Nov. 6 — FCSO all other offense, animal related — 4600 block of Midstream Crossing Drive, Clemmons. Sick fox in a man’s backyard.
• Nov. 6 — Shoplifting — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Habitual shoplifter stuffed an assortment of meats down his pants and walked out.
• Nov. 6 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 6900 block of Morgan Place Drive, Clemmons. Subject was threatened by neighbor’s stepfather.
• Nov. 6 — Trouble with juvenile — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Juveniles causing a disturbance in the store.
• Nov. 6 — Trouble with juvenile — 5600 block of Luperville Drive, Clemmons. Child ran away from home.
• Nov. 6 — FCSO locate missing person — 5100 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Male located after missing from Buncombe County.
• Nov. 7 — Harassing phone calls — 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Subject receiving harassing phone calls.
• Nov. 7 — Violation city/county ordinance, animal related — 8000 block of Twin Oaks Lake Drive, Lewisville. Owner’s pitbull escaped confinement and attacked victim’s dogs.
• Nov. 8 — Drug violations, CCW-possession/concealing weapons — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Drugs and handgun located inside vehicle.
• Nov. 8 — Police service, assist agency — 6900 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons. Person shot in the hand in another jurisdiction.
• Nov. 8 — Shoplifting — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject took items and left the store.
• Nov. 8 — Shoplifting — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender stole items from Lowes Foods.
• Nov. 8 — Indecent exposure — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was exposing himself to victim.
• Nov. 8 — Police service, attempted suicide — 1100 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Student drank hands sanitizer.
• Nov. 9 — Police service, welfare check — 5800 block of Frye Bridge Road, Clemmons. Caller reported that her son wanted to burn down the house.
• Nov. 9 — Breaking and entering, vandalism, suicide — 900 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Breaking and entering after eviction with suicide upon deputy entry.
• Nov. 10 — Dog bites and attacks — 8000 block of Peak Road, Clemmons. Dog bite.
• Nov. 11 — Police service, assist agency — 6500 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Caller hasn’t heard from her roommate.
• Nov. 11 — Involuntary commitment, non-criminal detainment — 2100 block of Rossmore Road, Clemmons. Juvenile female said she wanted to kill her parents and herself.
• Nov. 12 — Aggravated assault, vandalism — 5000 block of Thoroughbred Lane, Clemmons. Suspect threw phone at victim.
