Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Nov. 13 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student refused to walk through metal detectors.

• Nov. 13 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 5000 block of Windsbury Ridge Road, Clemmons. Argument between adults over the phone.

• Nov. 13 — Involuntary commitment, non-criminal detainment — 2100 block of Rossmore Road, Clemmons. Juvenile reported harmful thoughts.

• Nov. 13 — Police service, welfare check — 2000 block of Chandler Place Circle, Clemmons. Subject wanted welfare check on friend due to possible suicidal thoughts.

• Nov. 13 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 4800 block of Willoughby Grove Road, Clemmons. Verbal argument between intoxicated spouses.

• Nov. 14 — Police service, welfare check — 7000 block of Mason Place Court, Clemmons. Reporting party possibly suffering from mental health issues.

• Nov. 14 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 100 block of Dorchester Street, Clemmons. Reporting party stated electronics were being hacked.

• Nov. 14 — Lost property — 1100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Lost military ID.

• Nov. 15 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject reported to have knife in bookbag.

• Nov. 15 — Death investigation — 3800 block of Westridge Farm Lane, Clemmons. Individual was located deceased while conducting welfare check.

• Nov. 15 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1100 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Student possessed obscene material.

• Nov. 16 — Police service, welfare check — 1400 block of King Charles Drive, Clemmons. Subject requested welfare check on co-worker.

• Nov. 16 — Police service, welfare check — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Teacher called requesting welfare check on student.

• Nov. 16 — Found property — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Mail located in the parking lot.

• Nov. 16 — Received stolen auto from another jurisdiction — 200 block of River Oaks Court, Clemmons. Recovered stolen vehicle from other jurisdiction.

• Nov. 16 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 7300 block of Riverview Knoll Court, Clemmons. Vehicles broken into overnight.

• Nov. 16 — Automobile theft — 7400 block of Riverview Knoll Court, Clemmons. Subject broke rear driver window and stole  the motor vehicle.

• Nov. 16 — Automobile theft, vandalism — 4300 block of Riverside Drive, Clemmons. Unknown person(s) broke into vehicle and attempted to steal.

• Nov. 17 — Death investigation — 5200 block of Bridge Pointe Drive, Clemmons. Male found deceased during welfare check.

• Nov. 18 — All other fraud — 28 block of David Street, Clemmons. Credit and debit fraud through cash app.

• Nov. 18 — Dog bites and attacks — 2500 block of Knob Hill Drive, Clemmons. Cat bite.

• Nov. 19 — FCSO police service, information provided — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Caller reported suspected drug activity.

• Nov. 19 — Trouble with neighbor — 7000 block of Mason Place Court, Clemmons. Neighbor harassing neighbor by cursing and calling names.

• Nov. 19 — FCSO police service, information provided — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Female made claims of an assault but refused to cooperate.
