Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Nov. 20 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6400 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Owner surrendered her animal.

• Nov. 20 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Verbal altercation during gym class.

• Nov. 20 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6900 block of Millbridge Road, Clemmons. Victims report they were assaulted by offender.

• Nov. 20 — Drug violations — 6400 block of Holder Road, Clemmons. Subject found possible controlled substance.

• Nov. 20 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 300 block of Plemmons Road, Lewisville. Female reported being assaulted by her ex-boyfriend’s roommate.

• Nov. 20 — Violence city/county ordinance, animal related — 100 block of Cedarbrook Cr., Lewisville. Dog attacked person’s dog.

• Nov. 21 — Unauthorized use of conveyance — 5000 block of Dock Davis Road, Clemmons. Suspect took vehicle without permission.

• Nov. 21 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons.  Road rage incident followed by another vehicle.

• Nov. 21 — Vandalism — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Employee terminated, then broke items in the business.

• Nov. 21 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6400 block of Holder Road, Clemmons. Wanted resident’s son trespassed from property.

• Nov. 21 — Vandalism — 1400 block of King Charles Drive, Clemmons. Subject’s tires were cut.

• Nov. 22 — Police service, welfare check — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Welfare check.

• Nov. 22 — FCSO – disturbance/non-criminal — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Person reported argument over parking spot.

• Nov. 22 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6600 block of Rollingwood Drive, Clemmons. Possible domestic assault reported.

• Nov. 22 — FCSO police service, information provided — 3400 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Woman thought friend’s son took joyride in rental car.

• Nov. 22 — Driving while impaired — 8100 block of Concord Church Road, Lewisville. Individual located driving while impaired.

• Nov. 23 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 100 block of Roquemore Road, Clemmons. Wildlife.

• Nov. 23 — Police service, welfare check — 5000 block of Dock Davis Road, Clemmons. Female thought her friend overdosed on drugs.

• Nov. 23 — Possessing/concealing stolen property, vehicle chase — 6000 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subject in stolen vehicle fled from law enforcement.

• Nov. 23 — Vandalism — 6400 block of La Grande Drive, Lewisville. Family reported friend slashed the tires on their vehicle.

• Nov. 23 — Drug violations, paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment, FCSO violation of auto law-equipment violation — 100 block of nortbound U.S. Hwy. 421/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Pre-packaged marijuana seized pursuant to traffic stop.

• Nov. 23 — Resisting arrest — 6300 block of Linda Drive/Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Individual ran from suspicious vehicle.

• Nov. 24 – Breaking and entering with force, vandalism — 7000 block of Kenbridge Drive, Clemmons. Unknown offender attempted to break into victim’s outbuilding.

• Nov. 24 — Shoplifting — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Subject put items in his bag without paying for them.

• Nov. 24 — Aggravated assault — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Subject hit in the face with a beer bottle.

• Nov. 24 — FCSO police service, fraud — 7900 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Fraud calls.

• Nov. 25 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6300 block of Jessie Lane, Clemmons. Assaults between security and bar patron.

• Nov. 26 — Involuntary commitment, non-criminal detainment — 200 block of Stoney Brook Boulevard, Clemmons. Suicidal subject was emergency committed.

• Nov. 26 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 900 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Located evidence of vehicle crash.

• Nov. 26 — FCSO police service, civil dispute — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Dispute regarding food and money.
