Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Nov. 27 — Lost property — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Lost scooter near West Forsyth baseball field.

• Nov. 27 — Misuse of 911 — 6400 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Caller falsely reported a fire.

• Nov. 27 – Police service, welfare check — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Reporting party requested a welfare check on her sibling.

• Nov. 27 — Stalking — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Offender followed new boyfriend of his ex-girlfriend.

• Nov. 28 — FCSO police service, fraud — 3500 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Person reported possible fraud.

• Nov. 28 — Dog bites and attacks — 6800 block of Idols Road, Clemmons. Cat bite.

• Nov. 28 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6000 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Wildlife complaint.

• Nov. 28 — Trouble with neighbor — 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Person reported neighbor attempting to steal packages.

• Nov. 28 — Receive stolen auto from another jurisdiction, vehicle chase — 100 block of eastbound I-40/Kinnamon Road, Clemmons. Stolen vehicle failed to stop, vehicle chase ensued.

• Nov. 28 — Breaking and entering with force — 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Unknown suspect stole items from Masonic lodge.

• Nov. 29 — FCSO police service, information provided — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Report of anonymous threat to school system.

• Nov. 29 — Shoplifting — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Suspect stole variety of fragrances.

• Nov. 29 — FCSO locate wanted person — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject entered into system as wanted.

• Nov. 29 — Drug violations, FCSO violation of auto law, equipment violation — 6800 block of August Drive/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.  Deputy discovered possible controlled substance during traffic stop.

• Nov. 29 — Possessing/concealing obscene material — 1100 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Students in possession of pornographic images.

• Nov. 29 — Police service, assist agency — 6800 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Assisted highway patrol and county ABC with vehicle that wrecked into ABC store.

• Nov. 29 — Identity theft — 2400 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Subject identify used to obtain package from UPS.

• Nov. 30 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Male communicated threats to the victim.

• Nov. 30 — Found property — 1000 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Citizen turned over found property.

• Nov. 30 — FCSO locate wanted person — 6400 block of Ferry View Lane/Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Located wanted suspect out of New Hanover County.

• Dec. 1 — Driving while impaired — 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired.

• Dec. 1 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 6800 block of August Drive, Clemmons. Verbal disturbance between strangers.

• Dec. 1 — Found property — 6500 block of La Grande Place Drive, Lewisville. Property located after death investigation.

• Dec. 1 — FCSO all other offense, animal related — 200 block of Westbend School Road, Lewisville. Aggressive animal.

• Dec. 1 — FCSO police service, information provided — 1100 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Students reported another student with possible vaping marijuana.

• Dec. 1 — Violation city/county ordinance, animal related — 700 block of Leatherwood Court, Lewisville. Animal complaint.

• Dec. 1 — Impersonation — 6700 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Unknown male claimed to be law enforcement officer during attempted scam.

• Dec. 2 — Aggravated assault — 100 block of Lowes Foods Drive, Lewisville. Argument led to affray in parking lot.

• Dec. 3 — Rabies exposure — 100 block of Nottidge Court, Clemmons. Rabies investigation.

• Dec. 3 — CCW-possession/concealing weapons, possession/concealing non-tax-paid liquor, FCSO violation of auto law-operation violation — 6200 block of Towncenter Drive, Clemmons. Offender drove aggressively toward another vehicle.
