Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Dec. 11 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Boy captured video in girls’ bathroom.

• Dec. 11 — Identity theft — 6300 block of Allegacy Way, Clemmons. Attempt to obtain property under false pretense and identity theft.

• Dec. 11 — Runaway — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Teenage son didn’t board school bus.

• Dec. 11 — FCSO police service, fraud — 300 block of Saddlebrook Circle, Lewisville. Unknown individual requested gift cards through email.

• Dec. 11 — Found property — 100 block of Bradford Place Lane, Lewisville. Individual turned in gun parts found by roadway.

• Dec. 11 — FCSO police service, fraud — 6400 block of Ferry View Lane, Lewisville. Individual used EBT card number in city limits.

• Dec. 12 — Suspicious person — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Students looking into vehicles on campus parking lot.

• Dec. 12 — Dog bites and attacks — 1700 block of Brandywine Drive, Clemmons. Dog bite while walking.

• Dec. 13 — Drug violations, paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Traffic stop yielded marijuana and paraphernalia.

• Dec. 13 — Suspicious person — 3200 block of Village Point Drive, Clemmons. Subject observed three males coming from under locked gate.

• Dec. 13 — FCSO fleet vehicle accident — 4000 block of Clemmons Road/Harper Road, Clemmons. Vehicle accident.

• Dec. 13 — Suspicious person — 1000 block of Brookway West Court, Lewisville. Suspicious male walking by caller’s back patio.

• Dec. 13 — FCSO police service, information provided — 1100 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Crisis intervention hotline received tips indicating there may be a shooting at Lewisville.

• Dec. 15 — Dog bites and attacks — 3500 block of Lawrence Street, Clemmons. Animal bite.

• Dec. 15 — Trouble with juvenile — 1600 block of Southwest School Road, Clemmons. Trouble with juvenile disrupting school by leaving without permission and yelling.

• Dec. 15 — FCSO police service, civil dispute — 3500 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Info provided to complainant.

• Dec. 15 — Threatening suicide — 8800 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Subject held knife to chest and made threats to stab himself.

• Dec. 15 — FCSO harassment (non-criminal) — 7000 block of Mason Place Court, Clemmons. Juvenile met girl online who posted conversations.

• Dec. 16 — Trouble with neighbor — 1400 block of S. Peace Haven Road/Lasater Road, Clemmons. Neighbors concerned of being followed in car.

• Dec. 16 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Subject was throwing eggs at man walking down the road.

• Dec. 17 — Vehicle chase — 900 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Vehicle failed to yield to blue lights.

• Dec. 17 — Shoplifting — 2400 block of Market Center Circle, Clemmons. Unknown male stole items and fled store.

• Dec. 17 — Vandalism, police service, welfare check — 8300 block of Cheval Street, Clemmons. Subject in group home shattered glass door.

• Dec. 17 — Police service, welfare check — 8800 block of Center Grove Church Road, Clemmons. Ex-husband claimed that ex-wife was driving drunk with kids.

• Dec. 17 — CCW-possession/concealing weapons — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Amp Drive, Clemmons. Suspects concealed firearms inside vehicle.
