Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville recently.

• Dec. 23 – Communicating threats-intimidation, non-physical — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Multiple anonymous callers called in a possible school threat.

• Dec. 23 — Larceny from building, credit card/ATM fraud — 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons.

• Dec. 23 — Rabies exposure — 5300 block of Sterling Forest Drive, Clemmons. Bats in occupied dwelling.

• Dec. 23 — Police service, welfare check — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Welfare check on facility patient.

• Dec. 23 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 100 block of Stonburg Road, Clemmons. Located writing on the wall.

• Dec. 23 — Runaway — 6600 block of Lake Dale Way, Clemmons. Subject ran away from home.

• Dec. 23 — Breaking and entering without force — 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Subject discovered in hot tub after hours.

• Dec. 23 — Stalking, drunk and disruptive — 7400 block of Riverview Knoll Court, Clemmons. Subject was intoxicated and disruptive.

• Dec. 23 — Suspicious person — 1200 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Suspicious person walked around church property trying to open all doors.

• Dec. 24 — Received stolen auto from another jurisdiction — 5800 block of Sir Knight Circle, Clemmons. Stolen auto from other jurisdiction found and recovered.

• Dec. 24 — Threatening suicide — 7100 block of Orchard Path Drive, Clemmons. Subject threatening suicide.

• Dec. 26 — Fraud, failure to return rental property — 7300 block of Thoroughbred Lane, Clemmons. Rental trailer not returned.

• Dec. 26 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 7400 block of Fair Oaks Drive, Clemmons. Report of ex-coworker conspiracy ring.

• Dec. 26 — Police service, welfare check — 2300 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Female with cognitive disability in mental distress.

• Dec. 27 — Vandalism — 1600 block of Tucker Road, Clemmons. Mailbox was damaged.

• Dec. 27 — Impersonation — 3500 block of North Lakeshore Drive, Clemmons. Subject stated a warrant was going to be issued if money was not paid.

• Dec. 27 — FCSO police service, information provided — 3200 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Subject sent nude pictures to unknown subject.

• Dec. 27 — Shoplifting — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Subject walked around store putting items in her purse.

• Dec. 28 — Breaking and entering with force, vandalism — 7500 block of Idols Road, Clemmons. Subject’s house was broken into.

• Dec. 28 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3400 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Sick raccoon.

• Dec. 28 — Drug violations, paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment — 900 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Found drugs on suspect’s person.

• Dec. 28 — FCSO police service, information provided — 8300 block of Tuscany Drive, Lewisville. Family complaining of being harassed by neighbor.

• Dec. 28 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1200 block of Sterling Acres Drive, Lewisville. Reporting party had truck repossessed.

• Dec. 29 — Police service, open door — 7500 block of Harpers Crossing Lane, Clemmons. Back door was unsecured call for service come out as a house break in.

• Dec. 29 — Violation city/county ordinance, animal related — 7500 block of Harpers Crossing Lane, Clemmons. FCSO found dog chained in back yard with no food, water or shelter.

• Dec. 29 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1500 block of Trinity Garden Circle, Clemmons. Wildlife.

• Dec. 29 — FCSO police service, information provided — 200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Unknown male on Snapchat sent picture of a gun to teen.

• Dec. 30 —Breaking and entering with force — 8100 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Front door to home kicked in.

• Dec. 30 — Trespassing — 6900 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons. Subjects refused to leave property after being asked.

• Dec. 30 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6300 block of Jessie Lane, Clemmons. Two intoxicated males got into a physical altercation.

• Dec. 30 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 300 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Juvenile called 911 after argument about transportation home.

• Dec. 30 — FCSO police service, fraud — 5600 block of Fox Glen Trail, Lewisville. Unauthorized charge on Paypal account.

• Dec. 31 — Trouble with neighbor — 6300 block of Brewer Avenue, Clemmons. Subject reported neighbor at the door with a gun.

• Dec. 31 — FCSO locate missing person — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Juvenile missing out of Davie County located.

• Dec. 31 — FCSO police service, fraud — 8700 block of Center Grove Church Road, Clemmons. Subject claimed money was taken from her account and does not know how it happened.

• Jan. 2 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 6600 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Subject threatened cashier at gas station.

• Jan. 3 — Larceny, all other — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Unknown suspect picked up walled behind person that dropped it.

• Jan. 3 — Discharging firearm — 9700 block of Ellis Road, Clemmons. Unknown subjects fired off rounds in cul-de-sac.

• Jan. 3 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1100 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Security check conducted at a local middle school.

• Jan. 4 — Driving while impaired — 3800 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired.

• Jan. 4 — Abandoned vehicle — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/River Center, Clemmons. Vehicle left blocking the roadway.

• Jan. 4 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 2000 block of Chandler Place Court, Clemmons. Verbal argument between boyfriend and girlfriend.

• Jan. 4 — Larceny from building — 1700 block of Springfield Farm Court, Clemmons. Person claimed two rings missing from the home.

• Jan. 4 — FCSO police service, information provided — 5000 block of Thoroughbred Lane, Clemmons. Caller didn’t get paid in exchange for her nude videos/image.

• Jan. 5 — Overdose — 300 block of Wood Run Court, Clemmons. Subject overdosed on an unknown substance.

• Jan. 5 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Anonymous tip about school threat.

• Jan. 7 — Police service, welfare check — 1900 block of Waterford Village Drive, Clemmons. Grandmother requested a welfare check on her grandson.

• Jan. 7 — Trespassing — 5700 block of Gayray Street, Clemmons. Homeowner wanted subject removed from residence.
