Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Jan. 8 — Threatening suicide — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Medical facility reported patient made statements of suicide.

• Jan. 8 — Vandalism — 1800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject’s car was pushed into another car.

• Jan. 8 — Weapon on school/educational property — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Pocketknife located inside right pocket of student pursuant search.

• Jan. 8 — Overdose — 3600 block of Tanglebrook Trail, Clemmons. Subject claims she overdosed on prescribed medicine.

• Jan. 8 — Weapon on school/educational property — 1100 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Student brought knife to school.

• Jan. 8 — FCSO police service, information provided — 8400 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Female alleged assault with Atlantic Beach PD.

• Jan. 9 — Police service, welfare check — 4100 block of Limestone Street, Clemmons. Check on welfare of elderly subject.

• Jan. 9 — Dog bites and attacks — 6700 block of Forest Oaks Drive, Clemmons. Dog bite.

• Jan. 9 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6000 block of Parkdale Drive, Clemmons. Wildlife.

• Jan. 9 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect pushed victim for not giving her money.

• Jan. 10 — Auto-breaking and larceny, credit card/ATM fraud, truancy — 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Subject broke into a vehicle.

• Jan. 10 — Trouble with neighbor — 3500 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Neighbor was disturbed by noise.

• Jan. 10 — Police service, assist agency — 5900 block of Marty Lane, Clemmons. Assisted NCSHP with crash and DWI investigation.

• Jan. 10 — Impersonation — 7500 block of Divaldi Street, Lewisville. Microsoft scam led to pretending to be a deputy.

• Jan. 10 — Larceny, all other — 500 block of Doub Road, Lewisville. Unknown subject stole lumber from construction site.

• Jan. 10 — Trouble with neighbor — 400 block of Briar Creek Manor, Lewisville. Subject had trouble with neighbor.

• Jan. 10 — Police service, welfare check — 6400 block of Ferry View Lane, Lewisville. Checked on welfare of subject.

• Jan. 11 — Shoplifting, resisting arrest — 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect stole items from Harris Teeter then ran from officer.

• Jan. 11 — FCSO police service, fraud — 7500 block of Fair Oaks Drive, Clemmons. Money charged to credit card account.

• Jan. 11 — FCSO police service, civil dispute — 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Brother and sister are power of attorney for mother, sister taking items from mother.
