Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Feb. 11 — Vandalism — 3100 block of Cromwell Court, Clemmons. Front stairs were broken.

• Feb. 12 — Breaking and entering with force, vandalism — 8500 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Victim’s home broken into.

• Feb. 12 — FCSO police service, fraud — 2700 block of Park Oak Drive, Clemmons. Person reports missing monies.

• Feb. 12 — Suspicious vehicle — 3700 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. Property owner located vehicle on his property

• Feb. 12 — Weapon on school/educational property — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student had a weapon on campus.

• Feb. 12 — Overdose — 1600 block of Springfield Way Drive, Clemmons. Subject overdosed on heroin and cocaine.

• Feb. 12 — FCSO police service, information provided — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject reported that his friend threatened to burn a NY Life Insurance Building.

• Feb. 13 — Threatening suicide — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student made suicide comments.

• Feb. 13 — Violation of auto law-all other — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road. Male refused direction of traffic officer.

• Feb. 13 — Driving while impaired — 5800 block of Marty Lane, Clemmons. Male passed out behind wheel of running vehicle in roadway.

• Feb. 13 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6500 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Subject’s vehicle was towed by apartment complex.

• Feb. 13 — Trouble with neighbor — 6900 block of Poplar Ridge Road, Lewisville. Homeowner reported neighbor driving on his lawn.

• Feb. 14 — FCSO police service, information provided — 3000 block of Village Point Drive/Jessie Lane, Clemmons. Mother reported juvenile son involved in road rage incident.

• Feb. 14 — Drug violations, driving while impaired — 1800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Man passed out while behind wheel of vehicle.

• Feb. 14 — Breaking and entering without force — 7300 block of Ridgecrest Trail, Lewisville. Suspect was seen walking out of a garage.

• Feb. 15 — CCQW-possession/concealing weapons, violation of auto law-all other — 1000 block of eastbound I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Males violating auto law and illegally possessing firearm.

• Feb. 15 — Police service, welfare check — 5400 block of Taylors Run Drive, Clemmons. Subject upset over girlfriend’s accusations.

• Feb. 15 — FCSO police service, information provided — 1900 block of Waterford Village Drive, Clemmons. Subject believed that his phone had been hacked and his identity stolen.

• Feb. 16 — Police service, open door — 4100 block of Limestone Court, Clemmons. Garage door open and back door unlocked.

• Feb. 16 — FCSO police service, information provided — 5600 block of Frye Bridge Road/Phelps Farm Road, Clemmons. Juvenile observed walking on roadway.

• Feb. 16 — FCSO police service, civil dispute — 300 block of Wood Run Court, Clemmons. Disagreement over a vehicle.

• Feb. 16 — Littering — 400 block of Scott Road/Dinkins Road, Lewisville. Suspect dumped trash into the woods.

• Feb. 17 — Breaking and entering with force, vandalism — 1500 block of Lewisburg Pointe Drive, Clemmons. Force used trying to open back door.

• Feb. 17 — Rabies exposure — 6300 block of Cephis Drive, Clemmons. Rabies exposure.

• Feb. 17 — Drug violations, CCW-possession/concealing weapons, violation of auto law-all other — 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Traffic stop leads to arrest of felon in possession of firearm.

• Feb. 17 — Trespassing — 6600 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Customer refused to leave after being asked by manager.

• Feb. 17 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 700 block of Big Tree Drive, Lewisville. Subjects had a verbal disagreement.

• Feb. 18 — Driving while impaired — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Southwest, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired.

• Feb. 18 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6200block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Subjects were walking around the hotel.

• Feb. 18 — Larceny from auto — 8800 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Catalytic converter stolen from church bus.

• Feb. 18 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6800 block of Magnolia Park Court, Clemmons. Subject worried about male subject arriving at residence.
