Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• April 22 — Dog bites and attacks — 3500 block of Lawrence Street, Clemmons. Dog bite.

• April 22 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3600 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Subject violated a 50C.

• April 22 — Blackmail/extortion — 5400 block of Taylors Run Drive, Clemmons. Subject tried to illicit money from subject by threat over phone.

• April 22 — FCSO all other offense, animal related — 6300 block of Cook Avenue, Clemmons. Dogs running through apartment complex.

• April 22 — FCSO police service, civil dispute — 3100 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Civil dispute between landlord and tenant.

• April 22 — Automobile theft — 4700 block of Cooper Road, Clemmons. Offender stole victim’s vehicle.

• April 23 — Automobile theft — 3400 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Subject’s car was stolen.

• April 23 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 3900 block of Westridge Meadow Circle, Clemmons. Subject(s) broke into several cars.

• April 23 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 7200 block of Riverview Knoll Court, Clemmons. Suspect attempted to enter locked vehicle.

• April 23 — Harassing phone calls — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Subject received harassing phone calls.

• April 23 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 3400 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Suspect assaulted victim by bumping into each other.

• April 23 — FCSO all other offense, animal related — 6000 block of Stone Bluff Drive, Clemmons. Two dogs attacked a cat.

• April 23 — Violation city/county ordinance, animal related — 6000 block of Stone Bluff Drive, Clemmons. Dogs at large and a dead cat found.

• April 23 — Drug violations, paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment — 3300 block of Middlebrook Drive/Bickerstaff Road, Clemmons.

• April 24 — Dog bites and attacks — 6300 block of Cephis Drive, Clemmons. Dog bit vet tech.

• April 24 — Forgery, possessing/concealing — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect attempted to pass a fraudulent check.

• April 24 — Police service, welfare check — 7000 block of Idols Road, Clemmons. Male left group home after making threats of self-harm.

• April 24 — Vandalism — 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Male damaged fence post.

• April 24 — Driving while impaired — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired on alcohol.

• April 24 — Breaking and entering with force, vandalism — 500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Unknown offender broke into victim’s house.

• April 25 — Police service, welfare check — 5600 block of Loop Road, Clemmons. Welfare-check on college student claiming self-harm.

• April 25 — Drug violations — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Administrative search discovered unburnt marijuana on student’s person.

• April 26 — FCSO police service, civil dispute — 400 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Civil dispute over private car sale.

• April 27 — Lost property — 3200 block of Springside Drive, Clemmons. Lost wallet while moving items from one vehicle to another at residence.

• April 27 — FCSO police service, information provided — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Road rage led to vehicle following another vehicle.

• April 27 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6900 block of Mendelssohn Drive, Clemmons. Injured/sick animal.

• April 27 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 7500 block of Divaldi Street, Lewisville. Wildlife.

• April 27 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 100 block of Covington Place, Lewisville. Unknown subject entered unlocked vehicle and stole purse.
