The Battle of Shallow Ford Chapter National Society Daughters of the American Revolution will meet May 13 at 6 p.m., in the Visitor’s Center of Historic Bethabara Park.

The topic for the evening will be: Honor Good Citizen and America History Essay Award Winners, CAR. Women interested in learning more about DAR are invited to attend.

The park is located at 2147 Bethabara Road, Winston-Salem.
