CLEMMONS — First Responder Appreciation Day at the Clemmons Farmers Market, May 25, is a heartwarming event dedicated to honoring, celebrating and supporting the courageous first responders in our community. These remarkable individuals selflessly put themselves on the front lines every day, often risking their lives to ensure the safety and well-being of others during emergencies.
You are invited to join in to express your gratitude by bringing cards and words of appreciation for these heroes. It’s a wonderful opportunity for families to come together and show their support. Kids will have the chance to get up close to a police car, fire truck and critical care transport unit, fostering a deeper appreciation for the vital work these responders do.
In addition to the heartfelt tributes, attendees can enjoy offerings from Kaveman Dogs & Struggle Bus Coffee truck, adding to the festive atmosphere. Clemmons Farmers Market vendors will be also there, showcasing their goods and contributing to the community spirit.

The Farmers Market is located at 1150 S Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. First Responder Appreciation Day begins at 8:30 a.m. and goes until 11:30 a.m.
