Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• May 26 — FCSO all other offense, animal related — 700 block of Tanglewood Park Road, Clemmons. Baby raccoon fell out of tree and injured itself.

• May 26 — Police service, welfare check — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Man was sleeping in front of store.

• May 26 — Driving while impaired, violation city/county ordinance-traffic related, no operators license-violation of auto law — 100 block of northbound U.S. Hwy. 421/Hauser Road, Lewisville. Offender drove while impaired.

• May 27 — Dog bites and attacks — 7000 block of Braeburn Place Lane, Clemmons. Dog bit victim on hand and arm.

• May 27 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Altercation between man and woman.

• May 28 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 2000 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Person received strange emails.

• May 28 — Police service, welfare check — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Wife reported husband lost.

• May 28 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6400 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Physical altercation between two males.

• May 28 — Drug violations — 100 block of Hayward Industrial Drive, Clemmons. Marijuana found outside of business.

• May 28 — Lost property — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Person reported wallet lost.

• May 28 — Police service, welfare check — 1800 block of Barnstable Road, Lewisville. Female was knocking on neighbors’ doors, acting confused.

• May 28 — FCSO police service, fraud — 200 block of Westbend School Road, Lewisville. Subject was fraud on cyberspace by unknown subjects.

• May 29 — Urinating in public — 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Intoxicated male urinated in public.

• May 29 — Breaking and entering with force and vandalism — 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect broke window and forced entry.

• May 29 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 2100 block of Chandler Place Circle, Clemmons. Eviction dog at residence.

• May 29 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject intoxicated at work.

• May 29 — Trouble with neighbor — 6800 block of Doublegate Drive, Clemmons. Verbal dispute between neighbors.

• May 29 — FCSO locate wanted person — 100 block of Tullyries Lane, Lewisville. Fugitive arrested on charges out of New Jersey.

• May 30 — FCSO police service, civil dispute — 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Wedding dress arrived and not what was ordered.

• May 30 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 2500 block of Brook Stone Drive, Clemmons. Sick raccoon staggering in a yard.

• May 30 — Vandalism — 200 block of north U.S. Hwy. 421/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Truck vandalized by driver on highway.

• May 31 — Trespassing — 3700 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. Subject remained on property after being told to leave.

• May 31 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject broke passenger window of vehicle to steal victim’s purse.

• May 31 — FCSO all other offense, animal related — 5700 block of Southwest Acres Drive, Clemmons. Sick/injured cat.

• May 31 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 5200 block of Garnet Hill Drive, Clemmons. Person stated someone stated she was deceased.

• May 31 — Drug violations, possessing/concealing tax-paid liquor, FCSO violation of auto law-operation violation — 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Traffic stop yielded drugs and open alcohol containers.

• May 31 — Received stolen auto from another jurisdiction — 6800 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. By recovering a stolen vehicle from Arizona.

• June 1 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Verbal disturbance between male and female over phone.

• June 1 — Shoplifting, resist arrest — 7300 block of Thoroughbred Lane, Clemmons. Subject refused to give identifying information.

• June 1 — FCSO all other offense, animal related — 7700 block of Amber Forest Lane, Lewisville. Injured cat.

• June 2 — Police service, welfare check — 1000 block of Salem Village Lane, Clemmons. Reporting party had no contact with elderly dad and was worried.

• June 2 — Police service, welfare check — 9300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Welfare check on possible suicidal subject.
