Karen Ann Harmon of Lewisville was married on April 26 to Edward Allen Harmon of Lewisville.

Karen is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Billy G. Sides of Winston-Salem. She graduated from West Forsyth High School and as a degree in medical transcription from Forsyth Tech. Karen is the owner of LynDione Salon and K+G Properties in Winston-Salem.

Edward is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gary Harmon of Winston-Salem. He graduated from Glenn High School and has a degree in civil design engineering from Forsyth Tech. Gary owns E-Z Renovations and manages K+G Properties.

The couple were wed at Castle McCulloch by Mike Lane at 6 p.m. Karen was given in marriage by Jerry Makas Sr.

Edward’s best man was James Belton. Karen’s maid of honor was Carmahn Rayne Jackson. Her matron of honor was Lisa Makas Bolden.

Bridesmaids included: Carmahn Jackson, Constance Jackson, Melanie Gilbert, Lisa Bolden, Chyanne Harmon, Beth Gilbert Allen, Amanda Gilbert and McKenzie Weidl.

Ushers incluced: James Belton, Cole Johnston, Carlos Mize, David Bolden, Landon Lilly, Nate Martin and Isaiah Allen.

Catalina Bautista was the flower girl and Jorden Holmes-Frazier was the ring bearer. The newlyweds elected to spend their honeymoon on the North Carolina coast.
