Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• June 24 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Telephone was taken out of driver’s seat.

• June 24 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3200 block of Village Point Drive, Clemmons. Subject was arrested and had no one to pick up his dog.

• June 24 — Communicating threats-intimidation, non-physical, drug violations, resisting arrest — 3200 block of Village Point Drive, Clemmons. Subject refused lawful orders and possessed illegal drugs.

• June 24 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6200 block of Towncenter Drive, Clemmons. Random suspicious calls being made.

• June 24 — Police service non-criminal call for service — 7700 block of Whitehorse Drive, Clemmons. Sick wildlife.

• June 24 — FCSO police service,fraud — 100 block of Roquemore Road, Clemmons. Subject fell for a scam.

• June 24 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1300 block of Thriftwood Trail, Lewisville. Sick opossum.

• June 25 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6900 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons. Subject reported abuse of his mother.

• June 25 — Shoplifting, trespassing — 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Suspect filled grocery cart and rolled it out the entry doors.

• June 25 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 2900 block of Parkhurst Drive, Clemmons. Male advised he was assaulted in his home.

• June 25 — Death investigation — 1100 block of Hauser Road, Lewisville. 

• June 26 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 2700 block of Knob Hill Drive, Clemmons. Caller wanted subject removed from residence.

• June 27 — Trespassing — 1700 block of Valley Brook Road, Clemmons. Offender trespassed on victim’s property.

• June 27 — FCSO police service, fraud — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Inserted money into a Bitcoin machine to an unknown subject.

• June 27 — Obtaining money by false pretense — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subjects dined and dashed.

• June 27 — Suspicious person — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road Clemmons. Male asked employee for her personal phone number.

• June 27 — Drug violation — 6400 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Traffic stop led to drug investigation.

• June 28 — Paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• June 28 — Lost/stolen license plate — 100 block of Willow Trace Circle, Clemmons. License plate missing from car.

• June 28 — FCSO police service, civil dispute — 7700 block of Seasons Hollow Road, Lewisville. Individual reported share farmer on his rear driveway.

• June 29 — FCSO police service, civil dispute — 6300 block of Cephis Drive, Clemmons. Civil dispute over property.

• June 29 — Rabies exposure — 5700 block of Chicory Meadows Court, Clemmons. Dog exposed to skunk in back yard.

• June 29 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 5000 block of Thoroughbred Lane, Clemmons. Subject threatening to shoot victim if they didn’t let her into the pool area.

• June 29 — Larceny, all other — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Woman’s bag was taken out of shopping cart.

• June 29 — Police service, welfare check — 9300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Third party call for service for welfare check.

• June 30 — FCSO police service, information provided — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Cashier made strange remarks about bomb making.

• June 30 — Police service, welfare check — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Female transported to hospital.
