Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Sept. 30 — Automobile theft — 6200 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Pickup stolen from car dealership.

• Sept. 30 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 7000 block of Mason Place Court, Clemmons. Vehicle door was found open.

• Sept. 30 — Police service, attempted suicide — 6300 block of Jessie Lane, Clemmons. Female attempted suicide by overdose.

• Sept. 30 — Larceny-all other, automobile theft — 6400 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Subject took scooter from parking lot.

• Sept. 30 — Drunk and disruptive, resisting arrest — 6500 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Male was drunk and disruptive.

• Sept. 30 — FCSO harassment, non-criminal — 6500 block of Holder Road, Clemmons. Subject reports harassing text messages/communicating threats.

• Oct. 1 — Found property — 4300 block of Hampton Road, Clemmons. Subject found wallet in roadway.

• Oct. 1 — FCSO police service, fraud — 5300 block of Lessa Drive, Clemmons. Unknown person used someone else’s account.

• Oct. 2 — Shoplifting — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Unknown females took items from the business without paying.

• Oct. 2 — FCSO police service, civil dispute — 600 block of Ravenhill Court, Clemmons. Subjects were in a civil dispute over monies owed.

• Oct. 2 — Larceny, all other — 6300 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Unemployment card stolen from mailbox and being used.

• Oct. 2 — FCSO police service, civil dispute — 6400 block of Ferry View Lane, Lewisville. Female wanted to report upstairs neighbor’s trash from porch.

• Oct. 2 — FCSO disturbance, non-criminal — 6400 block of Ferry View Lane, Lewisville. Female wanted to complain on neighbor below her.

• Oct. 2 — Police service, attempted suicide — 9300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subject attempted suicide by consuming prescription medications.

• Oct. 3 — FCSO fleet vehicle accident — 2600 block of Neudorf Road, Clemmons. Vehicle backed into a parking space and collided into the retaining wall.

• Oct. 3 — Shoplifting — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspects stole items from store.

• Oct. 3 — Involuntary commitment, non-criminal detainment — 100 block of Harper Road/westbound I-40, Clemmons. Lady involuntary committed.

• Oct. 3 — Drug violations, paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment, weapon on school/educational property — 1600 block of Southwest School Road, Clemmons.  Vehicle search yielded weapon and drug violations.

• Oct. 3 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Two male subjects arguing over a female.

• Oct. 3 — Drug violations, driving while impaired, vehicle chase — 100 block of northbound U.S. Hwy. 421/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Subject was driving while impaired and attempted to flee law enforcement.

• Oct. 4 — Suspicious person — 7500 block of Riverside Court, Clemmons. Reported suspicious persons in pulling on door car handles.

• Oct. 4 — Police service, welfare check — 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Man slumped over inside his vehicle.

• Oct. 5 — FCSO police service, information provided — 600 block of Cedarbrook Court, Lewisville. Somebody was messing with a male’s stuff.

• Oct. 5 — Unauthorized use of conveyance — 5700 block of Kinney Road, Lewisville. A mother’s vehicle was taken by daughter.

• Oct. 6 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 2400 block of Lansford Court, Clemmons. Dispute over payment of pine needles at residence.
