Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Dec. 2 — FCSO domestic disturbance — 9000 block of Hollydale Road, Clemmons. Husband and wife argument.

• Dec. 2 — Threatening suicide — 3900 block of Bingham Circle, Clemmons. Subject had thoughts of wanting to commit suicide.

• Dec. 2 — Dog bites and attacks — 6100 block of Barrington Oaks Drive, Clemmons. Animal bite.

• Dec. 2 — Impersonation — 4600 block of Moratock Lane, Clemmons. Subject reported he was scammed.

• Dec. 2 — Shoplifting, drunk and disruptive — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Intoxicated male stole alcohol from grocery store.

• Dec. 2 — FCSO locate wanted person — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Locate wanted person upon traffic stop.

• Dec. 2 — FCSO police service, fraud — 6300 block of Rusinburg Road, Clemmons. Fraudulent activity on AT&T account.

• Dec. 2 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 3600 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Suspect(s) entered unlocked vehicle and took items.

• Dec. 2 — FCSO fleet vehicle accident — 6400 block of Sessions Court, Clemmons. Collision with a parked vehicle.

• Dec. 2 — Employee injury 600 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Employee injured while making an arrest.

• Dec. 2 — Police service, welfare check — 2100 block of Chandler Place Circle, Clemmons. Female took a large amount of unknown substances.

• Dec. 2 — Dog bites and attacks — 6600 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Cat bite.

• Dec. 2 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 6400 block of Ferry View Lane, Lewisville. Subject opened victim’s vehicle door and took money without permission.

• Dec. 3 — Auto-breaking and larceny, automobile theft — 6500 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Vehicles were broken into.

• Dec. 3 — FCSO locate wanted person, FCSO violation of auto law-equipment violation — 6700 block of River Center Drive, Clemmons. Located wanted person.

• Dec. 3 — Shoplifting — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Suspect stole items from department store.

• Dec. 3 — Impersonation — 4500 block of Asbury Place Drive, Clemmons. Unknown subject was impersonating a law enforcement office for money.

• Dec. 3 — Overdose — 5400 block of Moravian Heights Lane, Clemmons. Female located overdosing in residence.

• Dec. 3 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 7000 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Offender threatened to kill victim.

• Dec. 4 — Suspicious vehicle — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspicious vehicle parked for extended amount of time.

• Dec. 4 — Vandalism — 400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Mailbox damaged by vehicle.

• Dec. 5 — Larceny, all other — 5200 block of Garnet Hill Drive, Clemmons. Subject stole property belonging to another person.

• Dec. 5 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Subject took tires from the back of a truck.

• Dec. 5 — Larceny, all other — 6300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject left wallet at coffee shop.

• Dec. 5 — All other fraud — 900 block of Montrachet Court, Lewisville. Person stated he lost $900 from his account from an unknown number.

• Dec. 5 — Forgery-possessing/concealing, obtaining money by false pretense — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect attempted to pay for items with fake money.

• Dec. 5 — Trouble with neighbor — 5200 block of Quail Forest Drive, Clemmons. Trouble with neighbor’s dog chasing him while walking down street.

• Dec. 5 — Police service, welfare check — 5300 block of Moss Creek Lane, Clemmons. Female reportedly made concerning statements.

• Dec. 5 — Driving while impaired — 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, westbound I-40, Clemmons. Subject was driving impaired on alcohol.

• Dec. 6 — Suspicious person — 7400 block of Fair Oaks Drive, Clemmons. Suspicious person applied for nursing job.

• Dec. 6 — FCSO police service, information provided — 100 block of Stonburg Road, Clemmons. Complaint about barking dogs.

• Dec. 7 — FCSO disturbance non-criminal — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Female was upset about an item that was missing from her layaway.

• Dec. 7 — Shoplifting — 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect stole form store.

• Dec. 7 — Violation city/county ordinance, firearm related — 5700 block of Kinney Road, Lewisville. Subject fired handgun during argument with neighbor.

• Dec. 8 — Driving while impaired, no operators license, violation of auto law — 1500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect was driving while impaired.

• Dec. 8 — FCSO police service, fraud — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Caller alleged that the gift cards she purchased were already used.

• Dec. 8 — Larceny from auto — 1500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Registration plate stolen from vehicle.

• Dec. 8 — Shoplifting — 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect stole from store.

• Dec. 8 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 8600 block of Stone Valley Drive, Clemmons. Monetary disagreement between business partners.

• Dec. 8 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6400 block of Ferry View Lane, Lewisville. Mailboxes left open at apartment complex.
