Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

Feb. 3 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 7000 block of Garrett Drive, Clemmons. Female’s car was broken into.

Feb. 3 — Aggravated assault discharge firearm into an occupied dwelling or vehicle — 4200 block of Limestone Court, Clemmons. Suspect discharged rifle inside residence striking neighbor’s residence.

Feb. 3 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 4200 block of Limestone Court, Clemmons. Protective custody for dog.

Feb. 3 — Found property — 100 block of westbound I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Firearm found on side of the highway exit ramp.

Feb. 3 — Shoplifting — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject took items without paying.

Feb. 3 — Breaking and entering without force — 3600 block of Spanenberg Avenue, Clemmons. Front door was found ajar by tenant.

Feb. 3 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 5100 block of Quail Forest Drive, Clemmons. Subject received voicemail from unknown person.

Feb. 4 — Auto-breaking and larceny, vandalism — 3300 block of Waterford Glen Lane, Clemmons. Unknown subjects broke window out of vehicle while victim was inside.

Feb. 4 — 50-B order violation — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject sent text messages to protected individual.

Feb. 4 — Found property — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Wallet found in parking lot by unknown male.

Feb. 4 — FCSO police service, information provide — 6800 block of Idols Road, Clemmons. Evicted tenant from apartment.

Feb. 4 — FCSO police service, information provided — 2500 block of Neudorf Road, Clemmons. Subject making threatening phone calls.

Feb. 4 — Larceny, all other — 2600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Customer “skip and scanned” items, leaving the store without purchasing them.

Feb. 4 — Trouble with neighbor — 8600 block of Stone Valley Drive, Clemmons. Verbal altercation between neighbors.

Feb. 4 — FCSO police service, fraud — 100 block of McMichael Court, Clemmons. Elderly woman taken advantage of.

Feb. 4 — Dog bites and attacks — 1200 block of Barksdale Road, Lewisville. Dog bite.

Feb. 5 — Violation of auto law, all other — 1500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was arrested for traffic-related charges.

Feb. 5 — Rabies exposure — 1400 block of Falmouth Drive, Lewisville. Bat in occupied dwelling.

Feb. 5 — Blackmail/extortion — 1100 block of Spoke Lane, Lewisville. Attempted extortion via email.

Feb. 5 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 600 block of Green Tree Drive, Lewisville. Welfare check.

Feb. 6 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Subjects stated vehicle was rummaged through.

Feb. 6 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6200 block of Keithgayle Drive, Clemmons. Scammer attempted sale of real property.

Feb. 6 — FCSO police service, fraud — 1800 block of Tucker Road, Clemmons. Subject had money stolen from food stamp card.

Feb. 6 — Police service, assist agency — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Ex-boyfriend made comments about harming his parents and himself.

Feb. 6 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 3500 block of Lawrence St., Clemmons. Subject threatened to shoot victim.

Feb. 6 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 4400 block of Clinard Road, Clemmons. Subject advised ex-employee made concerning statement.

Feb. 6 — Vandalism — 1400 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Unknown individual damaged paint on vehicle.

Feb. 7 — Larceny from auto — 6300 block of Clemmons Point Drive, Clemmons. Plate stolen while at Planet Fitness.

Feb. 7 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. DoorDash driver having issue with restaurant.

Feb. 8 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall, Clemmons. Disturbance at pool tables.  

Feb. 8 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 6200 block of Towncenter Drive, Clemmons. Argument when cut off from the bar.

Feb. 8 — Drug violations, paraphernalia-using/equipment — 200 block of northbound U.S. Hwy. 421, Lewisville. Subject with narcotics.

Feb. 9 — Vandalism — 100 block of Matt James Court, Lewisville. Subject struck and broke a door.
