Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Dec. 15 — Drug violations, paraphernalia / using / equipment, 4400 block of Hampton Road/Idols Road, Clemmons. Offender in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.

• Dec. 15 — Police service-assist agency, 100 block of eastbound I-40/Harper Road, Clemmons. Juvenile walking along westbound I-40.

• Dec. 15 — Driving while impaired, 200 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road/Tullyries Ln., Lewisville. Subject was driving vehicle under the influence.

• Dec. 16 — Drug violations, paraphernalia — possessing/concealing equipment, FCSO violation of auto law-equipment violation, 100 block of westbound/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Marijuana and paraphernalia seized pursuant to traffic stop.

• Dec. 16 — Traffic accident, 100 block of westbound I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Dec. 16 — FCSO — Disturbance/non-criminal, 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Former employee caused disturbance on premises.

• Dec. 16 — Drug violation, 3800 block of Old Rosebud Ct., Clemmons. Narcotics were found on the ground.

• Dec. 16 — Disorderly conduct, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Customer caused a disturbance inside of the store.

• Dec. 16 — Other liquor law violation, 6700 block of Linwood Dr., Clemmons. Subject possessed open container of beer.

• Dec. 16 — Littering, 6800 block of River Center Dr., Clemmons. Suspect discarded garbage from his vehicle.

• Dec. 16 — Drug violations, 700 block of Dalton Road, Lewisville. Marijuana located during domestic disturbance.

• Dec. 16 — FCSO police service-fraud, 6500 block of La Grande Place Dr., Lewisville. Subject wanted to report he was scammed out of money.

• Dec. 17 — FCSO – Disturbance/non-criminal, 6900 block of Village Medical Cr., Clemmons. Subject yelled at hospital staff.

• Dec. 17 — Drug violations, paraphernalia — possessing/concealing equipment, CCW-possession/concealing weapons, 100 block of eastbound I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. THC edible, marijuana and firearm seized pursuant to traffic stop.

• Dec. 17 — Lost property, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Reporting party unable to locate medicine.

• Dec. 18 — Police service-non criminal call for service, 3500 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. White Christmas card found containing red glitter with possible arsenic.

• Dec. 19 — FCSO — all other offense — animal-related, 200 block of Stoney Brook Blvd., Clemmons. Stray dog.

• Dec. 19 — Simple assault/non-aggravated assault, larceny — all other, 6600 block of Idols Road, Clemmons. Suspect assaulted victim and stole necklace.

• Dec. 19 — Simple assault/non-aggravated assault, 1400 block of River Ridge Ct., Clemmons. Uber driver was assaulted by the passenger.

• Dec. 19 — Discharging firearm, 3500 block of Spangenberg Ave., Clemmons. Shots heard in residential area.

• Dec. 19 — Driving while impaired, resisting arrest, no operators license-violation of auto law, 100 block of Harper Road/eastbound I-40, Clemmons. Offender drove onto shoulder of road while impaired.

• Dec. 21 — FCSO — Locate wanted person, 6300 block of Amp Dr., Clemmons. Located a wanted person.
