Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Feb. 11 — traffic accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,000 and $750.

• Feb. 11 — traffic accident, 6300 block of Stadium Drive/Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,500 and $1,100.

• Feb. 12 — larceny, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student reported that his earpods were stolen from the classroom with a total stolen value of $160.

• Feb. 12 — lost property, 6300 Blk Clemmons Point Drive, Clemmons. Subject lost wallet inside of a restaurant.

• Feb. 12 — shoplifting, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect stole items at CVS Pharmacy by concealing merchandise in a bag. The total stolen value was $245.55.

• Feb. 12 — driving while impaired, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender was driving while impaired. Cleared for arrest, Christina Marie Mostacato was charged with driving while impaired.

• Feb. 12 — police service-fraud, 1400 block of Ashfield Drive, Lewisville. Unknown individual ported cellphone number of reporting person without permission.

• Feb. 12 — communicating threats-intimidation, non physical, 500 block of Hauser Road, Lewisville. Suspect threatened victim via social media.

• Feb. 13 — police service-information provided, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Received information about an inappropriate dating relationship in the school.

• Feb. 13 — domestic disturbance, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Mother and son were arguing in a parking area.

• Feb. 13 — larceny, 6500 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Suspect stole victim’s phone valued at $1,000.

• Feb. 13 — trespassing, 4600 block of River Gate Drive, Clemmons. Subject was trespassing at a neighborhood pool.

• Feb. 13 — fraud, 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Suspect used victim’s personal information to open several accounts.

• Feb. 14 — death investigation, 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Patient deceased at a medical facility.

• Feb. 14 — drug violations, 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender was found in possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia.

• Feb. 15 — paraphernalia/possessing/concealing non-tax paid liquor, 4200 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Open container found in passenger area of car. Cleared for arrest, Darren Alton Revis was charged with open container.

• Feb. 15 — impersonation, 4400 Blk Moratock Lane, Clemmons. Unknown subject/s took money from victim’s bank account.

• Feb. 15 — police service-non criminal call for service, 1600 block of Southwest School Road, Clemmons. Student dialed 911 while at school.

• Feb. 15 — resisting arrest, 1700 block of Springfield Farm Court, Clemmons. Arrestee refused to come out of a residence while serving a warrant. Cleared for arrest, Thomas Mathew Eller was charged with resisting arrest.

• Feb. 15 — arson/vandalism, 100 block of Applewood Drive, Lewisville. Unknown suspect/s damaged a mailbox and burned mail inside the box.

• Feb. 15 — involuntary commitment, 1400 block of Brookway West Circle. Dispatched to involuntary commit subject.

• Feb. 15 — suspicious vehicle, 200 block of Wyntfield Drive, Lewisville. Caller wanted to report suspicious activities in the neighborhood.

• Feb. 16 — shoplifting, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect attempted to steal items from Lowes Foods.

• Feb. 16 — autobreaking and larceny, 6400 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Suspect/s busted out passenger side window of vehicle and stole a purse with a total stolen value of $62.

• Feb. 16 — autobreaking and larceny, 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Suspect/s busted out passenger side window of vehicle and stole a purse with a total stolen value of $162.

• Feb. 17 — autobreaking and larceny, 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Suspect/s busted out passenger side window of vehicle and stole a purse with a total stolen value of $116.

• Feb. 17 — found property, 6300 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Reporting person found a cellphone and wallet.

• Feb. 17 — house breaking with force, 100 block of Slater Road, Lewisville. Unknown suspect/s break into vacant home.

• Feb. 17 — police service-assist agency, 100 block of Will Austin Court, Lewisville. Deputy responded to a traffic accident with injuries.

• Feb. 17 — trespassing, 300 block of Graydon Court, Lewisville. Unknown suspect entered back yard without permission.
