Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Feb. 17 — traffic accident, 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Eastbound I-40, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,000 to each vehicle.

• Feb. 17 — disturbance/non-criminal, 6400 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Disturbance occurred between friends.

• Feb. 17 — drug violations, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender was in possession of a small amount of marijuana.

• Feb. 17 — traffic accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,500 to each vehicle.

• Feb. 17 — drug violations, 2900 block of Middlebrook Drive/Doublegate Drive, Clemmons. Suspect had marijuana and paraphernalia inside vehicle. Cleared for arrest, Lawrence Justin Banner was charged with possession of marijuana.

• Feb. 17 — fleet vehicle accident, 100 block of Northbound 421/Williams Road, Lewisville. Fleet vehicle accident occurred during vehicle pursuit.

• Feb. 18 — larceny from auto, 100 block of Westbound I-40/Harper Road, Clemmons. Unknown suspect stole equipment valued at $3,000 from a construction site.

• Feb. 18 — forgery-undetermined, 5600 block of Frye Bridge Road, Clemmons. Victim reported that her checking account had been used.

• Feb. 18 — use of force, 2500 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. Injured deer euthanized for humane reasons.

• Feb. 18 — found property, 3700 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Wallet found by unknown citizen.

• Feb. 18 — aggravated assault/use of force, 6900 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons. Offender assaulted a security guard and spit on a law enforcement officer. Cleared for arrest, Samuel James Taylor was arrested for assault on a female.

• Feb. 18 — fraud, 5400 block of Moravian Heights Lane, Clemmons. Caller gave information to an online scammer.

• Feb. 18 — police service-non criminal call for service, 200 block of Belnette Drive, Lewisville. Caller wished to report a possible elder abuse involving a client.

• Feb. 18 — suspicious person, 1000 block of Reynolds Road, Lewisville. Male was going door to door asking late at night.

• Feb. 19 — drug violations, 5900 block of Immanuel Road, Clemmons. Subject possessed marijuana during a traffic stop.

• Feb. 19 — truck theft, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown suspects stole truck while victim was inside a restaurant.

• Feb. 19 — police service-information provided, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student provided information in regards to a possible school threat.

• Feb. 19 — drug violations, 6200 block of Bingham Avenue, Clemmons. Offender possessed heroin and Xanax on his person on school grounds.

• Feb. 19 — traffic accident, 6300 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $7,500 and $5,500. 

• Feb. 19 — traffic accident, 3900 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,500 and $3,000.

• Feb. 19 — police service-assist agency, 8000 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Located stranded motorist having an apparent medical crisis.

• Feb. 20 — fraud, 3600 block of Edgemoor Court, Clemmons. Unknown suspect used reporting person’s Social Security Number to open bank accounts.

• Feb. 20 — possessing/concealing tax-paid liquor/violations of auto law, 2600 block of Knob Hill Road/Newington Drive, Clemmons. Offender was operating a vehicle without a license with an open container. Cleared for arrest, Moises Junior Arcosruano was arrested for open beverage.

• Feb. 20 — counterfeiting-buying/receiving, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown suspect attempted purchasing items at Goodwill with counterfeit money.

• Feb. 20 — harassment (non-criminal), 6600 block of Clemmons Court, Clemmons. Daughter was calling mother and harassing her on the phone.

• Feb. 20 — drug violations, 3600 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. Subject possessed drugs and paraphernalia. Cleared for arrest, Ashley Jade Hemric was arrested for drug paraphernalia and Rashaun Jeromel Gaither was arrested for misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance.

• Feb. 20 — drug violations, 7600 block of Yadkinville Road, Lewisville. Located marijuana while on a traffic stop.

• Feb. 21 — breaking and entering with force, 9200 block of Center Grove Church Road, Clemmons. Unknown subject/s removed an A/C unit and took items in a vacant home.

• Feb. 21 — disturbance/non-criminal, 6300 block of Clementine Drive, Clemmons. Man yelled at the manager of company and manager wants him trespassed.

• Feb. 21 — vandalism, 8600 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Three subjects threw rocks and bricks at a man’s car resulting in $500 damage.

• Feb. 21 — shoplifting, 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Subject stole items from Publix. Cleared for arrest, Andrew Richard English was charged with misdemeanor larceny.

• Feb. 21 — paraphernalia, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Subject possessed marijuana paraphernalia.

• Feb. 21 — hit-and-run accident, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons, $1,200 damage reported to vehicle.

• Feb. 22 — police service-information provided, 6400 block of Sessions Court, Clemmons. Caller reported an alleged assault.

• Feb. 23 — drug violations, 100 block of Westbound I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender concealed marijuana inside vehicle. Cleared for arrest, Ivory Joseph Blue was arrested for possession of marijuana.

• Feb. 23 — aggravated assault, 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Resident attempted to stab roommate with a fork.

• Feb. 23 — disturbance/non-criminal, 1500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Argument occurred about sweepstakes games.

• Feb. 23 — driving while impaired, 100 block of Reynolds Road/Lasley Road, Lewisville. Offender was operating a vehicle while impaired.
