 Vivian Freeman Gough 

Nov. 17, 1929-May 20, 2014 

Mrs. Vivian Freeman Gough, 84, of Winston-Salem died Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at Oak Forest Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born November 17, 1929 in Elkin, the daughter of the late Robert Henry and Nora Lee Smith Freeman. Mrs. Gough was a member of Center Grove Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Homer Caldwell Gough; two brothers, Clyde Freeman and Jack Freeman and one sister, Elizabeth Stewart. Survivors include one son, Gregg Gough and wife, Claire of Clemmons; two grandchildren, Whitney Gough of Edmonton, Alberta and Daniel Gough of Winston-Salem; two sisters, Connie Snow of Raleigh and Nora Pardue of Clemmons; one step son, Homer Gough, Jr. and wife, Jennifer of Lewisville; one step daughter, Patsy Williams and husband, Charles of Asheboro; four step grandchildren, Jessica Gunter and husband, Bill of Germanton; Joshua Gough and wife, Kristi of East Bend, Tammy Shively and husband, Gerald of Florida, Carl Williams and wife, Dawn of Winston- Salem and Joey Williams and wife, Valarie of Archdale; ten step great-grand children, Lauren Gunter, Kayla Gunter, Wade Gough, Wyatt Gough, Adam Shively and wife, Amanda, Andrew Shively, Hannah Shively, Kelsey Williams, Brittani Royal and husband, Kevin and Josie Williams; and one step great great grandchild, Ryland Royal. The funeral was conducted Sunday, May 25, 2014 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek chapel with Rev. Gary Williams officiating. Burial followed in Parklawn Memorial Park.
